The air conditioning in our room wasn't working, and the bathroom light and ventilation were also out. After we reported it, a staff member checked the equipment and offered us a different room. We had originally booked a room with two large beds, but the replacement room only had one bed, and they added a pull-out sofa. The breakfast could have been more varied.

The room facilities are complete, the bedding is excellent, and the stay experience was good.

The room we stayed having no refrigerator, phone out of order. The service is terrible. Not a typical Marriott chain. I don't why I was reducted USD18 from my credit card. For this kind of service, I would even pay $1.8. Someone owed me an answer, or the employee working need to be fired .

There is no free parking in such a large open space, which is a deduction.
