Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica, molto pulito e con la zona ristorante pranzo e cena nel quale si mangia davvero bene! Consigliatissimo

Small cosy hotel, recently renovated. Close to railway station. Comfortable. During my stay everything was closed for vacation, so nobody of staff present at the property. When I've arrived I found closed door. Nobody picked up phone. They knew exact time of my arrival. After 10 min near the locked door, a lady arrived, gave me keys, showed my room and gave me instructions. Lady did not speak English, so we communicate via google translator. As far as restaurant staff was on vacations, no breakfast on site. You should go for a bar 300m away where you'll be served with coffee and croissant. Maybe I was just unlucky and other days everything is ok

As an ex hotelier having worked and stayed in 5 star properties, i can sincerely vouch for the high quality of this hotel. The family has done an incredible job with the building and the decor. Every detail carefully crafted. Beautifully modern designed rooms. Impeccable daily cleaning. Kind and helpful staff. This was a gem to find, i will certainly return and will also fly this hotel’s flag wherever i go. Thank you for being at the heart of a wonderful vacation.

I have stayed here several times before but was pleasantly surprised by how beautifully refurbished the hotel is. I also have eaten in the restaurant before but the food if anything has improved- the Fiore de zucchini were wonderful- nothing deep fried; cod delicious- stunning flavours with it and the figs with Gorgonzola with the steak - first class. The traditional dishes also of a very high standard. Despite having stayed and eaten before I never felt the friendliness that I did this time - I think this has much to do with Simone as, although there before, was not in “charge”. From the minute I arrived the welcome was warm and there were obvious warm relationships with everyone involved even when very busy. Breakfast was lovely and new area excellent. A wonderful family run hotel and trattoria and I look forward to returning - still some dishes to try. Central to access the train to Rome and Florence, a bus is running from Perugia airport to the station so excellent access. Bus to old town and Rivotorto from station. A few minutes from basilica of Santa Maria and if enjoy walking around 30 minutes to either old town or Rivotorto. Wonderful base to see Spello, Foligno and Perugia.. Just what I needed.

The place is great has been remolded very modern and staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason it is not 3 star hotel because of no elevator or 24/7 staff. Great great place

Modern hotel close to the station and next to an excellent restaurant. There is no reception, service is provided in the restaurant which can be an inconvenience depending on check in and check out times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but are not accessible and require climbing a very challenging staircase for the elderly and people with reduced mobility or very heavy suitcases. Breakfast was being served in a bar not very close by, which was an inconvenience due to the time we needed to leave to catch the train. Overall it is a good option with good value for money.

We had lunch at Da Elide after visiting Assisi. The place is welcoming and the staff very kind. We tasted various dishes, including an excellent fassona steak and the typical torte al testo with local cured meats. We will definitely be back!

A delightful little hotel next to the basilica of santa maria degli angeli. spacious room with a nice bathroom and panoramic terrace overlooking Assisi. Excellent sleep quality as well as a hearty breakfast. what more could you want!

If you want to have a good meal, original dishes while being typical, very good service, you have to stop in this restaurant. The prices are correct and correspond to the quality of the plate.

Good restaurant with typical Umbrian food and wines. Pleasant and discreet environment. We have been there a couple of times in the summer and it has never disappointed. The bill was also okay. For an evening in Assisi it is certainly worth considering for dinners with friends.

Excellent restaurant with a wide choice of quality dishes and wines. The staff are all very nice. The cappellacci are super good as well as the suckling pig and the various meat proposals. It's been 20 years that from time to time when I pass I stop and it has always been worth the stop. Well done, well done ✌️
