Nice facility. Loved the pool area.,Convenient shuttle to the beach club. Staff were fantastic. Huatulco is very safe, clean and has great beaches.

This is a great resort for a cosy comfortable stay if you want to avoid the big mega resorts.
Rooms are basic and clean. Pool and area is fine with a fun little water slide.
With the exception of breakfast. Just avoid the food, it’s barely passable. A correction that needs to happen. The bar doesn’t open till 11. Which is fine except that you need water and juice and refreshments while sitting by the pool.
There is a small water cooler to fill
Your own bottle with warm water which isn’t really great.
The beach club is fantastic, clean and convenient. Freddy as the server Wes’s juggling bar tending and serving and he was amazing at it.
All things considered. I will go back. Just never to eat.

We loved the choices of two beautiful pools and a beach you can swim easily.
The staff are just amazing and so accommodating! I feel they go above and beyond to help you. They speak very good English at the front desk which is helpful as my Spanish is not so great.
We will definitely return to the property.

We were very happy with the staff. Very friendly and accommodating.
It would be better if they had better WiFi and some English speaking channels or we had the ability to hook up our streaming things like firestick so we could have English channels.
They also have to make sure warming trays on food are working so meals are hot.
All in all we will return again. Lived the Beach Club the best!!

My stay was great, i got yhe room i wanted. But being a select customer i never got my bottle of complementary wine, and i asked several times. Also my air condtioner didnt work. It was looked at at least 2 times. But the staff was wonderful. Food was very good too.

The beach club was beautiful and very enjoyable with warm water and nice sandy beach. I liked some of the activities like ping pong table, the swing chair, and the availability of lounge chairs.
The speciality restaurant reservations was at 8:30 and the nightly show was at 9- a conflict of time. Reservations would be better at 7:30 or 8 ?

Great Mexican hotel with wonderful staff, walkable area and lovely beach club.
Walls in hotel you can hear noise so may need earplugs to sleep.
Friendly staff at this hotel. =)
