Secrets Huatulco Resort and Spa

Our stay was delightful.The staff in this place is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to cater to their guests. The food variety is good and overall atmosphere of the place is very peaceful. My husband and I had a restful and beautiful stay.

The rooms are spotless, the food is incredibly good, the amenities are nice and comfortable and most importantly the people and customer service are great. This hotel is synonym of quality. Can't wait to visit again!!

The first time staying in a Secrets resort and will be my last. Got the preferred club. There is nothing prefer. You have to ask for your prefer choice of alcohol and get authorization from two managers in order to have it at the pool. The restaurants from the hotel where average and some staff was even rude when asking for food or drinks, it was like asking for a favor. The silver lining was the staff and restaurant from the palapas. You could see they tried to help but they could only do so much and the spa! Was amazing. It was like there was a division of the hotel. Pool and palapas amazing and the food and staff from the white building was questionable. Requested talking to the manager and they where never available. By check out, was waiting for the front desk to ask how was our stay but not once I was asked. Honestly, skip it! I don’t usually write reviews but was never treated so poorly.

We didn’t like front office customer service. I saw a video on you tube and I was expecting to have the same friendly welcome . They didn’t offer any welcome drinks or a friendly welcome. I will not go back to secrets it was too expensive for what we received 🙃

Desde la llegada, el huésped percibe una atmósfera de excelencia: instalaciones cuidadas, entornos diseñados para el disfrute visual y sensorial, y una propuesta gastronómica que, en la mayoría de sus restaurantes, alcanza un nivel sobresaliente. La experiencia culinaria merece especial reconocimiento. La atención personalizada de su equipo es ejemplar: David, capitán de sala, quien lidera con elegancia y atención al detalle; los Chefs Livi y Juan de Dios, con creaciones memorables; y el servicio impecable de Kenia, Amarirany y Carlos, quienes representan la calidez de la hospitalidad mexicana. El entretenimiento también tuvo un papel destacado, en particular el espectáculo de Baile Internacional presentado en el teatro, una puesta en escena vibrante y bien ejecutada que enriqueció las noches con un aire cosmopolita y artístico, aportando un matiz cultural de gran nivel al programa de actividades. Sin embargo, en esta visita observé diferencias respecto a mi estadía de enero 2025, cuando la temporada hotelera y el perfil de visitantes se reflejaban en una mayor variedad de espectáculos, cenas temáticas en áreas abiertas y la apertura completa de todos los restaurantes de especialidad.
