Hyatt Centric Delfina Santa Monica

I am pleased to have stayed here cause the location is perfect and very quiet and peaceful ambience walking distance to the Beach & Pier . Will definately reccomend to friends who plans to visit Santa Monica. Love your hotel set up and cleaniness. Awesome and i love it here🙏

Good service, and the room was clean good view from the balcony with ocean view

The hotel room was cleaned regularly and to a high standard. Very helpful and supportive staff. No homeless people around the hotel area. Coffee maker was not available in the room but it was available in the lobby area. Our room was beach-facing and we recommend it to other guests as the view was very scenic.

One of the worst Hyatts I’ve stayed in. They have odd practices of charging hidden extras everywhere. Also there is about $40/night tax and $60/night valet fee for parking your car. The room had zero amenities. No plates, no cups, no mugs, no cutlery, bare fridge. No kettle. If you ask for something they charge about $9 to bring it to the room and don’t forget to tip everyone on top for something that should have been there anyway. A pathetic hotel. The bar, restaurant and pool are a joke. I’m embarrassed for them.
