Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

the only great thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, the bed is quite dirty and the toilet window is broken. Drainage system is not good as well, making it “flood” during taking shower.

The service was good and nice only we heard a lot of noise early in the mornings, the pools were great and the location too and there were many facilities.

This is a rare hotel that makes people angry. The facilities are old, the walls are not soundproof at all, and the voices in the corridor are clear, not to mention the loud singing downstairs in the middle of the night. Don't even think about going to bed before 1 o'clock every day. There is almost no WiFi, and the connection is either very slow or disconnected after a while. No one cleans the room every day! There is no reservation for sports facilities at all, and those who can be reserved need to pay extra. The front desk is inefficient, and the check-in time exceeds 40 minutes. They would rather answer the phone than answer people. The funniest thing is that it is clearly three stars (shown at the door) but it hypnotizes itself that it is four stars.

Just stayed hear for 4 nights.. rooms very basic but clean they would definitely benefit from an upgrade. Air con not as cold as some places I have stayed but did the job after being in the sun all day. Pool side bar I found abit expensive compared to other places. The pool area fills up very quickly and the pool is not massive so does get pretty busy, you do get some of the young people that are going out drinking in magaluf so bare that in mind if takeing young children as they can be abit noisy, Would definitely recommend getting a sea view room. We stayed in room 301. We didn't eat at the hotel as went self catering so cant comment on the food.

Great location, really clean hotel. We went half board and found a lovely variety of food daily. Thank you to the Waiters (especially Edu) and a very big thank you to the Wonderful Kids Entertainer Viktor. He kept our kids very happy throughout our 8 day stay.
