"We stayed for 10 nights and were sad to leave. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great air conditioning and a fridge. The hotel is very well organised and very easy going. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selections for all tastes with plenty of variations to mix it up day to day. Lovely pool and different relaxation areas around the hotel. The excellent beach is a short stroll away with restaurants and bars all nearby. All in all for a budget hotel this is spot on and we would return. Free water machine in reception was very welcome especially for filling bottles when venturing out. Free coffee machine use was a lovely touch. Don’t be put off by some reviews. Our experience was very positive."

"Honest review Great 4 day break with my friend . On arrival we were made very welcome by the lovely receptionist from Poland! The room was spacious and clean with a lovely sea view and the aircon was the best I’ve had here in Santa ponsa and I’ve been quite a few times ! Rooms cleaned and towels changed every second day. The location is perfect right in the middle of Santa ponsa with everything on your doorstep and we didn’t find it noisy at all. We had a lovely full English every morning at Bloody Marys literally just outside the hotel. I think after all my visits here I’ve found my favourite place to stay thank you sun beach ❤️"

"Arrived on sat 6th june warm welcome from the reception lady. Our room 412 had a side sea view & the top of a flat roof lol but didnt bother us as we dont really sit out on the balcony. Room was adequate for our needs plenty of storage & the shower was one of the best we've had abroad. Safe/small fridge/air con is all free. Breakfast was buffet & so nice plenty of food i.e toasties, pancakes, cooked brekkie, fruit, toast, cereals,yogurts etc could not fault it all 10/10. Pool was big steps going into the pool & we have never been to a hotel where you can get a sunlounger anytime of the day it was bliss, no rushing in the morning just how it should be when your on your holidays. There are lots of steps to get to the pool area I have added 2 photos so you can see. You do get use to these after a few days (we saw it as working the big breakfasts off going up & down the stairs lol) Beach a 5 min walk & bars literally round the corner & 10 mins walk to the little strip. Bus stop round corner as well as taxi rank. If we ever come back to santa ponsa we would not hesitate in staying at the casablanca hotel again ..loved it."

"Stayed for 5 nights new year break On arrival we were meet by Alberto who checked us in and told us about the facilities in the apartment On entering apartment was clean tidy and plenty of room Large shower and a comfy bed Basic cooking facilities but restaurants were open not as many as the summer but enough for the time we were there A free car park at the back of the building but a steep driveway to navigate on foot but you can also park outside if there’s a space Would definitely go back"

"We arrived on the 17th may 2026 check in was very smooth as there was only me and my brother checking in at the time. The hotel stay was just amazing from start to finish. rooms were very nice beds was very comfy could always find a sunbed at the pool at any time of day, everyone who worked there was very friendly and always there to help if you needed it the entertainment staff was amazing always made me and my brother wasn’t bored at all the whole time we was there as I prefer to sunbath and have a little drink and he likes to be up doing things we chose all inclusive different range of foods each night cocktails was amazing never was a que to get drinks at the pool bar always a table to sit at for getting food we did have a few wonders outside of the hotel not far from all the shops and bars and the beach is 5 minute at the end of the road so didn’t have to walk far"

"Lovely clean room, the children especially loved that they could change the colour of the lights in their room. The entertainment was fantastic for the children and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The view for adults of the shows in the evening isn't great. You have to pay extra for a table will a view of the stage. Also the entertainment have a day off on a Wednesday which seemed strange as it wasn't a change over day so we only had 5 days of evening shows. Location wise it is a short walk to the beach but if you are thinking of heading on excursions they are all at least an hour away. We went to the water park and Palma aquarium and thoroughly enjoyed both with our 3 children. Finally food, it's quite repetitive but after the first few days we worked it out and managed to ensure that the children didn't just eat pizza for lunch and dinner every day. The fresh cooked eggs, bacon and pancakes in the morning were particular favourites. Overall we had a fantastic time, it was our first family holiday abroad and it really did tick all the boxes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would recommend."

"This was our 2nd visit to Sunbeach and we cannot really fault it. Reception staff are great, great location for beach (across the rd) restaurants, bars, snacks, Eroski supermarket 2mins away for your waters/ juices for room fridge, also Arthur’s off licence 2mins away for Bacardi breezers/beers etc, best prices, my only comments for improvement would be the table tennis and snooker/pool table should be under cover somewhere so they can utilised more, maybe over near the bar with a canopy over them. I also heard a woman sitting at the pool saying she struggled to get in and out the pool with the metal steps so it would be good idea to think of adding a step to walk into the pool? I thought of bringing my mum on holiday here too and this is only thing that would stop me as she would struggle too, it’s probably an easy thing to address? Never any problem getting sunbeds here, poolside is spotless and always being cleaned, bar staff at pool- one young girl who always played Oasis was very nice and nothing was any trouble, the other staff member not happy if you want drinks close to bar closing time, a lot of sighing( it was only a couple of strawberry daiquiris from the machine?) then as soon as drinks put down the shutters were thrown down. Overall this is a great place to stay, so central, clean."
