A decent mid-range hotel. Very clean – housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The room is not quite updated to a newer standard, and the hallways are not soundproof, so you hear a fair bit from outside. On the plus side, the hotel sits in a nice area with a grocery store right nearby, and there is a really good Japanese restaurant close by. A fine choice if you want a quiet, well-kept place for a couple of nights.

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was the air conditioner. After running for a while, it started leaking water onto the room floor, which became a bit inconvenient. Hopefully, this can be checked and fixed for future guests. Other than that, everything was great, and we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Train your staffs to clean properly the rooms, wash utensils if possible, vaccum the door and clean Toilet properly . And water dispensers should check time to time so your guest ask for refill. Thank you.

The beds are hard, had a backache and didn’t sleep well. The noise from the hallway is very loud when someone is walking and chatting, it enters the room and wake’s up the guests, suggest to choose a room farthest from the elevator if you are sensitive to noise. The breakfast is great but the hotel dining area is very small.

Everything is good - place, amenities, buffet. Staff are also accommodating and friendly. However, I suggest that they should open the gym for guests at an earlier time because standard check out time is 12nn but they open the gym for non-members at 9am.

The room facilities are a bit old, and there's no kettle in the room. The hotel's heated pool is nice, and there's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient for shopping. Rooms facing the road are frequently disturbed by motorcycle noise in the morning.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location is far out, but for our purpose of a wedding at the nearby church it was perfect.

The service was good, staff were friendly and the place was clean but it just smelled a little bit of cigarette even though non of us smokes. Aside from that, it was pretty good overall
