The location is a no. Next to the highway so it was loud pretty much the entire trip. Room was very dirty and the front desk people were just rude. No clean linen or towels. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

Scary. Fridge in room smelled of rancid meat. I had it removed, left door open to air out room, then room smelled of ********* for remainder of stay. Non, smoking room, but had cigarette burns on drapes. Bathroom sink would not drain. Extremely large pothole on drive. Made reservations for Motel 6. Arrived that same day, and it was Park Inn. By next day, it was a Super 8. Staff was very kind, but not much they could do.

They didn’t have any toilet paper, one pillow per bed, only gave me one towel for myself, my husband and my two toddlers when I requested help because the air conditioning didn’t work. They told me that it was broken and they only have one pipe. When I requested toilet paper, they said they were out and I’d have to send someone to the store to get more toilet paper When I requested towels. The housekeeper looked at her list and said you’re not on my list and refused to give me any. I will never stay there again and I wanna refund.

The only positive things I can say about this hotel is it is cheap, you dont have to pay a deposit and you can pay with cash

We had to change rooms 3 times. The first room stunk like if someone just had smoked a cigarette in the room with the door closed. The second room, TV and AC didn't work. The third room, smelled like dirty feet when you walked in. The concrete on the walk ways were so filthy. Unbelievable experience. We were traveling from Sacramento and needed a room for one night. Never again.

Needs improvement on cleanliness but good motel.
First room we were given was not cleaned and had previous visitors trash and used blankets on the bed. The second room we were given had a strong smell of urine in the room and restroom. Other than the cleanliness the motel was affordable and had a great location within distance to the freeway and city experiences.
