"Great location in beautiful Santa Rosa but not much more to say other than that. The rooms were tiny with no space outside of the bed and a small table. I was personally did not see the value of the 2 entrances into the room with one leading only out to the parking lot. I only stayed 1 night and felt it was enough. The bathroom was fantastic though and felt almost as big as the entire room itself. Overall I felt it was over costed for the experience."

"Unprofessional especially staff Evelyne and their general manager. Negligent customer service. Do not recommend at all. I booked a room at 10:00 am the day of check in and attached a note stating that we will be checking in late. When we got to the hotel, we were told by Evelyn that they cancelled our reservation and she claims that we were contacted to inform us of their random decision. Obviously, no one called us or emailed us. I was left with my family in the street to find an accommodation for the night after hours of travelling. The general manager didn’t even bother to send an email with her unjustified decision and staff Evelyn told me that there’s a another hotel down the street that I can go and check myself in in there. In addition, staff Evelyn claims their hotel is fully booked and that she can’t help me while the vacancy sign is on outside the hotel. Totally unprofessional. She also refused to send me an email with the cancellation. Terrible experience."

"The trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem. Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family. The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again. We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again."

"The location is a no. Next to the highway so it was loud pretty much the entire trip. Room was very dirty and the front desk people were just rude. No clean linen or towels. I do not recommend anyone stay here."

"Place was not too shabby. Location is in a prime spot downtown. Decent amenities, with a pool, fitness center, self-parking/valet. Place could be cleaner but overall would stay again."
