Although the rooms in this hotel are pretty modest and slightly outdated, the pool area, the grass area in the back of the hotel, the kids jumpy houses area and the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel make this place a very pleasant place to stay in Riva del Garda. Breakfast was truly amazing and the staff was kind and professional. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. In my opinion, having a car certainly make the stay a lot more comfortable and manageable, since this hotel is not located in the center of Riva del Garda.

I stayed as part of a coach tour with Leger and as it was a last minute change of hotel I didn't expect much. HOWEVER - It was a fabulous hotel , great room with extensive in room refreshments including a coffee machine. Mood lighting in the shower- great fun! The food was incredible proper restaurant food and very Italian the breakfast was extensive with lots for those with dietary needs. The staff were very very good. We arrived late and were served a delicious meal while our bags were whisked up to our rooms by staff who had stayed late to accommodate us. Throughout the stay staff were great the breakfast lady deserves special mention, nothing was too much trouble and she smiles and greeted everyone. I'd love to go again. It is a way from the lake but we had no free time to walk there so didn't affect us. If they got some mugs and milk jugs for the Brits who like a decent cuppa it would be lovely. An English speaking TV channel would also be nice.

Rich breakfast. You can come at the last minute, and get everything. Funny (in a good way) receptionist. Not so far away from city center (approx. 30 min by walk). Very clean rooms with coffee capsule machines. I have not tried pool though as it looked not perfectly clean. Parking is quite spacious and safe. Wonderful views from the balcony.
We were very happy. Could recommended it.

Location is quite convenient, not downtown but within bicycling distance. Nice and friendly staff, helped to answer our questions.
Room was clean although a bit small. Food was very good, buffet had nice amount of options.

Hotel dotato di tutti i comfort. Personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto attenti alle esigenze delle famiglie con bambini piccoli. Consiglio il ristorante interno e ottimo anche il servizio SPA. Consigliatissimo

Ho prenotato sul sito dell'hotel dove non era specificato l'orario del check-in che, solo a seguito di mia telefonata, mi veniva comunicato per le ore 17,00 cosa per me inaccettabile. Ho chiesto l'immediata cancellazione della prenotazione sia telefonicamente che a mezzo mail ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Ho cancellato io la prenotazione dal loro sito ma nonostante tutto mi hanno addebitato tutto il soggiorno sulla carta di credito. La mia prenotazione è durata lo spazio di 1 ora e non ho più ottenuto risposte.

Unterkunft ist sehr alt und teilweise heruntergekommen. Wurde glaube ich teilweise renoviert, nicht jedoch unser Zimmer. Würde ich so nicht mehr hingehen, zumal für das Geld.

Das Hotel hat mir gut gefallen. Die Ladestationen für E-Autos ist leider immer zugeparkt mit Verbrenner! So macht das keinen Sinn!
