Coral La Quinta Park Suites

I have travelled a lot and La Quinta Park Suites is one of the most home cosy places I have ever been to! Their staff gives the best service and makes you feel welcome from the time you arrive until you leave. The location of La Quinta is perfect for people wanting peace and quiet at the same time having the need of activity and new experiences. The neighbourhood is mainly Spanish speaking and gives you the genuine Tenerife daily life experience.  For the first time in my life I have been contacted personally by the hotel staff through WhatsApp communication. They sent personal messages several times during our stay asking how we were doing and if there was anything they could do for us. We felt like a part of the community and genuinely cared for. Can't praise the hotel staff enough for their outstanding service. As a "not typical charter tourist type" - meaning I like to make plans and decisions on my own when I travel with or without my kids - I got exactly the service I wanted. The reception came up with suggestions that suited our needs perfectly. The result was us exploring Tenerife by bus and car on our own, getting unique experiences. Car rental was extra easy since the hotel reception had a local connection with full service. It felt safe and exclusive as in luxurious. I travelled with my kids (11 and 13 years old). They got friends during our stay and the area felt safe and sound. The hotel apartments were of a perfect size, bright and cosy. Always clean and made us self sufficient with our own kitchen. Woke up every morning to a bird and owl song. The big balcony was perfect for breakfast and nearby you have a local store called Suma. Their staff is so nice as well so we felt like locals when shopping in their store. New baked goods every morning and generous opening hours. The outside area is beautiful and satisfies all our needs for swimming and sunbathing. It provides tranquility and recreation. I didn't have the chance to experience the SPA facilities but heard it was really good from other guests. I'm giving La Quinta Park my best recommendations

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and Helpful, friendly Staff. Unfortunately this hotel is like a ghost hotel, hardly any guests and no amenities apart from the amazing pool. We felt that some of the rooms were rented out to long term residents so it was a different vibe. The spa is child free so not accessible if you're a solo parent travelling. Despite the beautiful sea views, there is no beach at a walking distance. You absolutely need your own car if you choose to stay here. There are no on site food options. The highlight of our trip was the closest cafe. This is a good hotel if you're looking for a very quiet, escape, plan on self catering, and have your own car.

We had a fantastic time and plan to return the next time we're in Tenerife. I'd seen reviews that there was no reception but found that to be entirely false, it was located on floor -1 and was open 8am - 12am but were also available by WhatsApp fttor any enquiries you may have. The place is more of an apartment complex, a mixture of holiday let's and residents. We found the residents that we met to be super friendly, one gentleman even offered us his umbrella one day it was raining. The apartment itself had everything we needed. We opted for the one bed bungalow so the kids were in the livingroom on the pull out couch, the bedroom had two single beds pushed together which were comfortable but on the firm side exactly how we like it. There was ample closet space for the 4 of us and the bathroom was a great size with a bath and shower however the shower head can not be moved so in order to stop the water spraying everywhere you actually have to hold it. The floor tile in the bathroom isn't non slip either so if even a drop of water on the floor and its a bit of a slip hazard. This however is my only complaint about the place and its not really a complaint its just an observation. The kitchen is small and basic but has what you need for making what you need Both the livingroom and bedroom windows are patio doors that open on to a decent sized patio with beautiful views beautiful pool and kids pool. Honestly can't speak highly enough of the place.

Hotel ok. Tho very quiet, no bar or restaurant. Rooms well equipped for most things. Very clean everywhere. Staff fantastic, special thanks to the 2 pool attendants who made our children feel safe. All ways very observant. The girls in office great. Would recommend a car tho as a bit far from most things. 10 taxi to nearby town cost 15euros each way. Check in is very strange system as no reception have to phone to access hotel. Make sure your phone does work there or that could cause an issue.

Its been a while since I have written a review of somewhere I have stayed but I have to do it for the Coral La Quinta Park Suites. We are a family of two adults and our 8 year old daughter and we have just returned from a weeklong stay. The only way to describe our stay was it was a "home away from home, but with fantastic weather and views". The apartment was large, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including 50Mg broadband. The sunsets from the balcony were stunning as were the dancing clouds around the ever present Mount Teide. The pools open from 11am to 7pm and are staffed while open by a lifeguard. There are ample sun loungers and umbrellas and the outdoor areas are very well maintained. There is a small shop about 50 metres from the front door and a LIDL a short drive away. If staying here, I would say you would need a car. In our seven nights, often coming multiple times per day I never had an issue finding a parking space. Should you need assistance staff are just a WhatsApp message away. The complex is quiet, as is the general areas of Santa Ursula, but only a 15 minutes away from the bustling Puerto de la Cruz. Based on our experience I couldn't but recommend the Coral La Quinta Park Suites highly enough if its a quiet relaxing holiday or a fantastic base to explore the North of Tenerife you are after.

Bad smell in the room. Sheets used by previous guests, dirty and stained with a bad smell. Torn towels with a bad smell. There was no air conditioning in my first room. Afterwards, they moved us to another one, the air conditioning didn't work, it was disastrous. The worst thing is that I would never recommend this place.

Perfect family holiday place. The views from property are spectacular during a day and night. Pool facilities were really good with the lifeguard. The pool opening hours could be longer especially in the season. Rooms would require some TLC as property is slightly dated, like kitchens but in general very enjoyable stay with my family and wife. Surrounding area is nice for strolls and it was very convienent to have shop with restaurant literally by the hotel. Also SPA facility within hotel was really good, had professional massage and was using indoor pool with jacuzzi and water jets.

Had an amazing time here !loved the apartment and the views were amazing . It's abit out from everywhere so we would of loved a car to get around . Only 1 restaurant nearby but the food was really good there . If coming late at night get food from shop . We got bus from airport . I think it was called titsa but ya need to get off early for santa ursula . Don't go to santa cruz. We told them we be late arriving so keys were at the desk with a night porter. The hotel is however locked up I presume for safety reasons so had to wait for another guest to let us in !!!our room was amazing 😍so near the pool and a gift left for us !! We had 1 free pass for indoor spa . Really wish we done it the first day because we would of happily paid every day to go to pool in the spa 😍. We had it all to ourselves and the pool was hot . Outdoor pool is chilly . I did use it but it is chilly. Hotel is really clean . Just wish it did do food . Only did breakfast at weekends.Shop next door is so cheap . So not bad overall
