We stayed for a couple of nights in a junior suite in August and I wish my entire trip had been here. Despite the cost, and it was steep, I would pay it again and wish I hadn’t downgraded from the terrace suite to save a little money because this is a place where every euro is well-worth it. The check-in should have been the first indicator it would be a treat, but the airport pick-up they organized for me was truly the first. It was very professional, spotlessly clean, and very luxurious. Arrival and check in was un-rushed, very personal, and laid back. The property is absolutely immaculate. Every single space is as curated as possible and the design is incredible and very blended with the old architecture of the original structure and the town. The town of Santanyí is similarly very charming, easy to walk, and quiet. I was able to safely go on a short run to the beach and back one morning. The room was very comfortable and unique. The bed was perfect, climate-control was perfect, the bath tub and shower were both perfectly clean and with great water pressure and temperature. The pool was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The drinks and food offered poolside were very very good. The lounge chairs were all perfect and comfortable, the other guests were respectful and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional sound of the pool water or a seagull. We did eat at Ocre one night, which was delicious and fresh. I would venture out for tapas, there are pretty good places in town, but would not blame anyone for staying on the property for all of their meal. I have stayed at many hotels, many 5-star hotels, and a few of the world’s best. This certainly falls in amongst the best and one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. It is an easy 10/10 and my easiest recommendation to anyone, regardless of their level of discernment.

We stayed here as our second hotel on our honeymoon and we didn't want to leave! The staff was beyond words amazing, so friendly, so professional, and just were on top of it. From the front desk staff who checked us in and gave us a property tour, to the gentlemen who were in charge of valet, to the restaurant wait staff, cleaning, staff, and spa staff, everyone was a delight. The front desk staff also gave us a great beach recommendation (with a few local tips) since we only had time to visit one. The spa was also heavenly! Both my husband and I had wonderful treatments and we also took full advantage of the indoor pool and sauna. Lastly, the food was amazing! We ate at the restaurant one night, the breakfast was delicious, and their more casual outdoor restaurant by the pool was also fantastic, we ate there twice! We can't wait to return here!!

Quite simply, an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every member of staff delivered superb service, too many to thank individually, and together they created one of the finest examples of hospitality I have encountered anywhere in the world. The level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care shown by the entire team reflects remarkable leadership and a shared pride in what they do. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with an abundance of character and exquisite attention to detail. My room was spacious and elegant, with an exceptionally comfortable bed (and a good selection of pillows options”. The entire property is immaculately clean, and when you observe closely, you see the many small efforts made to keep every space pristine and every guest at ease. Beyond my own experience, I consistently observed the same outstanding level of service extended to other guests throughout my stay. The two restaurants are both excellent, Poolside offering great coffee and light meals and heavier dishes. For dinner Ocre is superb. I had dined at Ocre previously, which inspired my decision to stay.   Breakfast was also of a very high standard and the again the staff were very helpful with plenty of coffee! It is rare to find a hotel that combines such exceptional design, service, and atmosphere so seamlessly. Can Ferrereta Is now one of my two favourite hotels in the world, it truly stands out as a place of genuine hospitality and thoughtful detail.   I will definitely return.

Wow! Immaculately designed by some VERY clever architects. Every small design detail you know has been considered. Arriving at the front door of this hotel is understated, lobby minimal, light and bright, smiling courteous and professional reception. Then the fun really begins………. a tour that reveals the true scale of what’s hidden from view, courtyards, gardens, spa and one of the most impressive striking pool areas we have ever experienced. Our room was so calm, generous in space and totally reflected the design ethos. The pictures on the website are excellent and I can say it’s even better in real life. Restaurant was good and I am sure in Summer a beautiful spot to dine. Plenty of options in Santanyi also, many good cafes and restaurants. Thankyou all for a memorable stay.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel delivered an experience that felt both luxurious and deeply considered in every detail. The property was exactly as advertised — if anything, even more beautiful in person. Every corner of the hotel reflected thoughtful design, from the stunning room décor to the unique spaces such as the library and record room, which gave the hotel a distinctive personality rarely found in modern luxury stays. The atmosphere throughout the property was exceptional. The ambient evening lighting created a calm and elegant mood, complemented perfectly by the hotel’s signature scent that subtly flowed through the public spaces. The scenery surrounding the hotel was breathtaking; everywhere you looked there was natural beauty, making even the simplest walk through the grounds feel special. What stood out most was how comfortable and genuinely welcomed we felt throughout our stay. The team remembered the small but important details — my partner being vegetarian and the fact that we both do not drink alcohol — and this level of attentiveness made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. It is this kind of thoughtful hospitality that separates excellent hotels from truly exceptional ones. The size of the hotel also played a huge part in the quality of the experience. Its more intimate scale allowed service to feel curated, attentive, and highly personalised at every stage. It reaffirmed the idea that smaller luxury hotels often deliver the very best hospitality. Our Junior Suite was absolutely stunning. The attention to comfort and modern convenience was impressive, with soft, crisp bed linen, beautifully designed interiors, USB-C charging points, and even British television channels — small touches that made the stay feel seamless and contemporary. The bathroom amenities were equally memorable, with products that smelt incredible and elevated the entire experience. Service throughout the stay was warm, polished, and attentive. We were personally shown to our room and given a thoughtful introduction to the hotel and its facilities upon arrival, which immediately made us feel welcomed. David and Salvador in particular stood out for their attentiveness and genuine hospitality. Another lovely touch was the constant offering of water whenever arriving back at the hotel or heading out for the day — a simple but very appreciated gesture. The hotel excelled in creating thoughtful moments. Turn-down service included treats and gifts that felt personal rather than routine, and the personalised newspaper was one of the most creative and memorable hospitality touches we have experienced. The wellness facilities were equally impressive. The spa was immaculate, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with fantastic amenities that made it genuinely relaxing. We had the best honeymoon experience at Can Ferrereta. The staff all went above and beyond, and you could truly feel the magic and joy in the air across the whole hotel. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special, romantic getaway. The food was exceptional across breakfast, the Pool Bar and the Ocre Restaurant. We really enjoyed our Spa experience - it was the best massage I have ever had. I cannot wait to return because the hotel stay was a fantastic experience.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed 5 stars - I’ve never experienced staff more friendly, they genuinely seem happy and happy we are here. From front desk, to room service, to house keeping.. all just so friendly, helpful and nice people. - Valet was quick and efficient. - Breakfast included, delicious, again quick and efficient. - every time we left they would give us new towels and tidy up a bit, they would leave us a big bottle of water every day, and leave chocolates on our bed for us every evening while we were out, with a fun twist on Halloween. - the grounds were stunning - fun pumpkins around the pool Halloween night - sauna awesome, but I wish they had a hot tub Would stay again for sure
