Jose was nice and really helpful, he has a great costumer service, the housekeepers was great, I enjoyed everything, the food, the drinks, the gym, the pool, I love it there. And that was my second time staying there. ♥️😊they was all great.

This place is the most secure place that I have experienced in this country in 2 weeks. I have not been aggressively approached and chased by a street beggar up in my face since I have been here, which has been 2 days and I really appreciate that. Very nice staff. Good food. My room was nice. I have found long curly/kinky black hairs everywhere I have stayed in this country (I have short grey hair). Maybe it's a cultural thing. Some kind of welcome mat?

This is the worse hotel very dirty. When i showered i took a folded towel and it had blood. I touch my body with that towel. The manager told she could only say sorry, this is not acceptable this is a liability i will have to see the doctor now and check myself to make sure im fine. Guest could get sick and worse case could get HIV or any disease that could be tranfer by touching contaminated blood.

This property is well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. They are always pleasant and willing to serve. The restaurant service including thr menu is five star!

This is one of the best hotels in the Dominican Republic. The staff are amazing and treat you as a valued guest. They recently remodeled the lobby and pool and it looks great. They have a pool table with quality furnishings and a great atmosphere! Breakfast is also a huge bonus!
