We enjoyed it a lot, great location!!

The room is quite nice, with a kitchen and microwave that can heat things. There are no toothbrushes or slippers. If you need a toothbrush, go to the front desk to get one. It's free. It is very close to the city center and is suitable for business activities. There is a bus to the airport, but it is charged. I don’t know how much it is, but it is about 200 or more per person; Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 o'clock, which is quite rich. The downside is that there is no soup. You can check in in advance. The room type was not packed out when you checked in, so you were upgraded for free.

Overall hotel is ok (i didnt spent much time there). I’ve stayed here 3 times and each time it feels like the hotel gets a bit more worn down. One of the elevators didnt work and the bathroom in my room had a sewage smell from time to time.

Pleasure of staying at the Plaza El Bosque Ebro. Is a comfortable, traditional decor, clean property. The lobby was small but well decorated. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. I stayed in an executive suite, which was my favourite room of my stay and has a wow factor. The location is good for the Costenera Center & district (5-10 minutes walk). With lots of other amenities nearby.

We were very disappointed to find out once we arrived, that the sauna they advertise on ******* is no longer available. The hotel was remodeled and it was removed. This is one of the main reasons we stay at this hotel False advertising,

Good location, clean, safe and quiet room, I was basically satisfied with this hotel. Amenities and the way they do housekeeping were different (not so perfect) from what we expect in the US, but I experienced no real inconvenience. Overall, again I was satisfied with the stay.

405 room door lock won’t locked , have to leave unlocked. But overall I give a 8.5

In general services was ok. But seems the Hotel has a problem with the cleaning service. As you need to ask for housekeeping. The thing was when you asked for it, the room was never cleaned, and when you did not ask for housekeeping they cleaned the room. After requesting to clean the service was not good enough. Sad.
