The rooms in this hotel are super nice. This hotel has every amenity. Great indoor pool great places to sit outside and watch the city. High floors. This time I didn't but last time I got a sweet and it was phenomenal. There were two bathrooms a kitchen and you got to see two sides of the Andes. This time I had no view. Breakfast is tasty at this hotel and the staff is very professional. The only bad thing I would say about it is that it has a terrible restaurant after breakfast they just serve sandwiches and snacks. This would be my go-to hotel in Santiago.

Location is quite far from Subway station,needs to walk 25mins. Same for shopping ctr which is about 20mins away..Standard breakfast,nothing fantastic.

The hotel is nice and well located in an area close to many restaurants about 10 minutes walking distance. Nice terrace on the top floor, rooms are clean, new and practical. Lacking a Bluetooth radio in my opinion. The gym is good, but you need to bring your own water as they don’t have there. They have water to refill your bottle if you need. Breakfast is good, and standard. Overall very good stay.

The hotel is well located and clean. Alonso at the front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was good and the hotel was very satisfying. I ordered a hotel far from the Wellington area.

The hotel is in an excellent location, allowing you to walk to the city's best restaurants. The view of the mountain ranges is incredible. The only downside is the breakfast, which has few places and little variety.
