I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a great location in Santiago chili. And make sure to check out the chicken love place next-door. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. It is a wonderful wonderful place to stay. We will stay again. When I left some items that were dear to me at the hotel, I went back and I found it and it was fantastic so I can’t say enough great things about this place

Location: Good Facilities: Average, rather old, rooms are small Environment: The hotel exterior is quite upscale, the lobby is also decent Service: Breakfast doesn't offer many choices, and the taste is just average. Chileans might find it good, anyway, Chile is known for its culinary desert.
