The Park Plaza was centrally located to many parks, cathedrals, and squares where local merchants would gather. A great grocery store was right behind the apartment tower, which was great convenience. The apartment was a two story loft with full kitchen, bathtub and shower, refrigerator, stove cooking utensils, and microwave. It had two balconies on the first and second story. The only complaint really was the couch-more like a futon that sat only inches from the floor, very hard to get out of, and very uncomfortable. I just used the chairs instead. The bed was very comfortable and had televisions on both floors. CNN intl and Fox intl was on both TVs. Definitely a good place to stay for the price. My room had great views of the Andes in the distance. Staff was very accommodating. I will stay here again on my next trip

It's a duplex, with living upstairs and cooking space on the ground floor. It uses gas and comes with all the tableware, which is excellent. Cons: The bedding wasn't very good. The bathroom towels weren't changed by the staff. The front desk was very friendly.
