Very clean, very business hotel, stay here all the time, convenient for travel!

The hotel environment is good, the location is good, and the service is super good. We originally booked two rooms, but after checking in early, the front desk gave us an extra room for free. . Hahaha, South Americans are really enthusiastic

Very good hotel service, but the "extra large" bed is not so "extra", but only large. I was expecting a bigger bed. The attention of the staff very good, very friendly. Regarding the access, from the parking lot, I must say that it is very bad. It is very poorly signposted when one arrives by car. There are no clear signs showing where the entrance to the hotel is.

Best hotel in Santiago. Easy access to shopping center. Lots of restaurant nereby.

Excellent hotel the only thing is the parking is kind of complicated with the 3-1/2 floor on the next building etc…but everything else was perfect.
