Overall good value for money

Although the hotel is well located in Las Condes, there’s nothing special beyond that. Cleanliness is something that the hotel is definitely not aware of. Rooms are dirty, kitchen and bathroom are horrible. PLEASE don't book this hotel! Enjoy you stay at Santiago and book another hotel

It was very clean but the breakfast place is not in the same location it is like a block or two from the hotel.

Nice location. Breakfast was ok. They didnt clean our room/apartment every day, but every two days. That was a minus. As well that they tried to give us a different room until we complained (tried to gove us a smaller room). Altogether it was ok but not as good as we expected.

Everyone is very helpful, they master the procedures and are attentive, especially Leandro. Pleasant environment. Cleaning is very well done, with the exception of the kitchen sink drains and especially the bathroom, it is occasionally necessary to sanitize the ciphon, as it gives off a bad smell. In the two apar**ents I've stayed in, there was a bad smell from these drains (when water flows, the smell rises). The micro refrigerator left something to be desired, as my stay was long, it is very small and it freezes the food if you increase the cooling level, but if you don't increase it, you won't be able to keep ice cream frozen, it will remain in a liquid state. For short stays, it's perfect. Suggestion for TV, add streaming services like Netflix, Star+ and Amazon Prime.

very nice and comfortable, I would adjust some things about the cleaning service, change the towels without having to ask, and make them more attentive because we arrived and they had left the door open, clean what is not visible to the naked eye. The apar**ents are excellent and very comfortable, breakfast, even though it's on the other block, it's 100% worth going!

• The hotel demanded the full rental price for the entire stay immediately upon check-in, which I found to be a really unusual procedure. This may be common practice in Chile, I don't know, but it still surprised me - especially since, as I later discovered, the service I had already paid for would never be provided and no refund was possible. • The first impression of my room on the 9th floor (I had asked for a room as high up as possible) was pretty decent. Only the massive air conditioning unit that took up half of my balcony confused me a little. It was obviously also used to cool the neighboring apar**ent, because even when I hadn't turned on my air conditioning in the room, the outdoor unit on the balcony was running and kept my room noisy. • On the second day of my stay at the hotel, the refrigerator in the kitchen collapsed in the morning. That is, it suddenly wobbled extremely and swayed back and forth by about 10 cm at the top. I reported the damage directly to reception and again late in the afternoon by phone because no one came to remedy the situation. • That evening, when I closed the curtain in front of my balcony door, it came loose at the first, front ring and hung down about 20 cm. • The following morning, when I pulled back my duvet to air it, I noticed that the duvet cover on the mattress did not cover the entire mattress, but left about 20 cm of space at the bottom and the mattress was visible. So I spent the whole night laying my feet on an uncovered mattress, like hundreds of hotel guests before me have done on the same, unwashed spot. It really disgusted me. • I have therefore taken photos of the three complaints and reported them to central reception via email – especially since no one at my own hotel reception seemed to care about the damage reported yesterday. That seems to be normal here. I received an immediate response to my email and 2 hours later staff came and resolved the 3 complaints to my satisfaction. Another hour later, two more mechanics came and wanted to fix the same thing - but it was already too late (doesn't anyone talk to each other?) • Well then. A day later, I bought enough groceries and wanted to cook in the evening. For my long stay in Santiago (2 months), I had specifically looked for a hotel that offered me a fully equipped kitchen in my apar**ent. Unfortunately, my wallet doesn't allow me to eat out in a restaurant every day, especially since prices in Chile are more expensive than in Germany. But unfortunately the stove in my apar**ent didn't work. It wouldn't give me any gas. I immediately reported the problem to the hotel reception by phone (around 8 p.m.) and asked for a solution - which they promised to do immediately. However, it was only after I called again at 8:30 p.m. that they took pity on me.

The apar**ent is very good, impeccable. We went for a weekend, we entered Friday until Monday. At reception they tell me that they don't do cleaning on Sundays. In the room a letter that says that they do not clean on weekends. We didn't have anything replaced, no towels, no toilet paper, etc. I paid with a dollar bill, due to wear and tear on some 20 bills they did not accept them, I replaced them with a new 100 bill with a minimal imperceptible stain and they did not accept it either, I replaced it with another one and when they gave me the change they tried to give me bills in worse conditions than mine.

From the arrival, cordial attention, the unbeatable location (blocks from bars, restaurants and Costanera Center), security, quality of the facilities and the varied breakfast at the BOKI restaurant. I would clearly recommend it and return on future trips. It has everything you need, air conditioning, WiFi, radio, TV, mini kitchen, iron, to name a few. And above all, located in a safe place, which is very important.

Comfortable accommodation and great location. We were very well looked after. Excellent value for money. The room we stayed in was compact but met our needs well. Whenever we needed support, we were responded to promptly.

Everything was very good, the bed, the shower, the heating, the breakfast, the parking met expectations. The only bad thing was that the electricity card didn't work and I had to wait about an hour on a Sunday for it to be solved. When everything was resolved, everything went wonderfully. I recommend it.
