Hotel Sommelier Loft

Nice loft hotel with a good location. Comfort room and nice breakfast. The Hotel demands a 50 USD deposit and is clear they don't trust their guests. They are also charge for coffee without informing guests and it is written in Spanish only on the Spanish side of one of many notices. Customer service is poor. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels and homestay over the last few years this is the worst example of hospitality I have encountered. The owners are not the right people to run a hotel. Avoid

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Great Value and Service I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Sommelier Loft. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the central location — close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet still peaceful at night. It’s also excellent value for money, offering quality service and comfort without the high price. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Good location. Interesting design of rooms. Clean rooms but weird sound from the pipes. Paying deposit is annoying.

the location is good. the first day The counter service was very good. the first dsy breakfast also good. only when we left the second day morning, the breakfast is very little, and the resection counter is not very friendly.

Excellent location with a unique and stylish room design. This was the most comfortable bed I slept in during my 5-week South America trip across 5 countries. They take care of the smallest things like shaving kits, toothbrushes, etc., which you normally don’t expect in a low-price hotel. Plus, breakfast in bed is a real treat! 😀 I’ve stayed here twice over the past week. I’d recommend it to anyone traveling solo or as a couple. It’s the best value for money you can get in this price range. Manish
