Clean, convenient, hospitable and kindhearted. Very nice hotel and service

It's okay and clean compared with other hotels. And people there are fairly friendly and helpful.Just two things not that good is the bed that not comfortable and also the breakfast not good enough,but it's okay for the trip.

Good stay

Clean, tidy and practical. There is a large shopping mall within 300 meters, which makes life and shopping convenient. There is a life park behind, which is suitable for sports enthusiasts to exercise and keep fit in the morning and evening!

I was angry, I told them I wouldn't be able to go and I still wasn't reimbursed.

The hotel is very well located. The room was super clean. The shower and bed are great. The internet works very well. The breakfast is very varied. And room service is fast. I recommend.

Amei minha estadia nesse hotel, minha suíte estava muito limpa e organizada com ites no frigobar disponível para vc adquirir, o banheiro esta com todos os itens disponíveis como shampoo,condicionador e sabonete.... quarto com ededron e toalhas disponível, amei o café dá manhã super caprichado e com muitas variedades e para fechar funcionários muito educados e gentil. Super recomendo hotel Bristol

Muito atenciosos reservamos uma suite cama queen nos deram uma com cama king ficamos bem contente. A hospedagem foi boa quarto bem limpo porém achamos fraco o café da manhã, pelo nivel do hotel e valor da hospedagem, café expresso nao e bom e poucas opções, demoram para repor, o café começa 7 da manha se vc for 9 ja nao tem mais quase nada.. ovos mexidos com muita casca junto.. aquecedor do quarto tambem nao estava operante, fora isso tudo certo, me hospedaria novamente

Sempre a melhor opção em Santo André, porém nessa estadia falharam feio na reposição do café da manhã. Faltou gente para checar o buffet e fazer a reposição. Recomendo uma melhor orientação aos colaboradores. Outro ponto que já reclamei mas os diretores não se hospedam no hotel…a vazão de água do chuveiro continua fraca, absolutamente desnecessária a economia de água na vazão do chuveiro das suítes.

房間比較安靜，酒店旁邊是公園，對面是商場，吃飯，購物，散步都很方便，酒店前台很貼心，服務很好，早餐豐盛，總體體驗感很好
