Clean, with excellent customer service and warm hospitality. The staff are trustworthy—my daughter accidentally left her high-end wristwatch on the dresser, and it was still there when we returned. We could tell housekeeping had serviced the room, as the bath towels were replaced and the bed was neatly made. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which we absolutely loved. you have to walk about a 300m to the Oia main attractions but still very manageable—especially for those who enjoy walking and prefer a DIY-style holiday. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Walking distance to the Oia Main Street, room size good for small family with young kid. However, amenities are limited.

This hotel’s top photos show a stunning caldera-view cave hotel on the cliff side, which is very misleading. In reality, most of the rooms are located across the street away from the cliff, and you cannot see the caldera at all. It was honestly very disappointing. The hotel claims the cliff-side photos are of a private villa they own, but I’m not even sure whether those rooms are actually available within the normal room selections on the booking page. Also, I had another concerning experience during my stay. I left my credit cards and cash in the room while having breakfast. When we came back within around 30 minutes, the room had already been cleaned. Nothing was physically stolen, but within about 2 hours, I received a notification from my card issuer that a USD35 transaction had been processed while I was still staying at the hotel in Santorini. I have never used this card in the U.S., and the U.S. is not even my home country. So it seems very suspicious that this happened during my stay after someone had access to my cards in the room. The hotel owner suggested that my card information may have been digitally compromised elsewhere, but honestly that seems quite unlikely.

Had a best stay there. Good breakfast and they upgraded my room to a sea view with balcony. Good location. Not far from from centre. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Exactly where the bus stops and pick-ups. Best food in Oia! ❤️ We had a very lovely stay. Good staff, very accommodating and nice. I miss them! I will stay here again.
