Really good service. The location is good and we can enjoy the sunset on the upstairs. The breakfast is nice as well! The room is clean and comfortable. But the room is humid

The apartment is in the very nice location. The breakfast is not good and the lunch is very expensive. The service is not as good as other apartment.

No heated Spa, but otherwise, as discribed, and the owners are very nice and kind, orange juice is a must to try, very sweet. the place view is fantastic

The location was great, with a rooftop overlooking the ocean! There didn't seem to be many rooms, and there were few guests, so the rooftop was sometimes empty as if it was reserved for private use. The view in front of the hotel is so good that many tourists pass by and stop to take pictures of the view. I think the best thing about this hotel is that we could sit back and enjoy it in our special seats. There is a small pool on the rooftop, but it's not for swimming, it's for soaking. There are many hotels in Santorini where you can enjoy the view by soaking in the water, so it's a good size for that kind of enjoyment. You can have a delicious breakfast at the cafe restaurant attached to the hotel. *I recommend choosing yogurt with fruit instead. You can have more bread and choose from a wide variety of jams, so I ended up eating too much. The towels are changed to freshly washed ones every day. You should expect no amenities. There was shampoo and some kind of liquid soap, but that was all. Overall, it's a hotel with a good balance for the price. I recommend it.

The view was typical of Santorini and I was very satisfied!! There were plenty of restaurants nearby so I had no trouble finding something to eat and drink. The breakfast staff were also very kind!!

The location was great. I recommend it as it's a relaxing place. The room was spacious, the kitchen was easy to use, and the shower room was clean. The hot water came out smoothly, which was great! The bed was firm. The futon was a little heavy. There were blankets as well. It should be fine in winter. The air conditioner was a new type, so it was comfortable. Breakfast was served in the cafe attached to the facility. Many people just came to the cafe, and it was busy in the evenings as they also serve dinner. If I had to say something, it would be that there were a lot of half-used mini bottles of shampoo and body soap lying around. There were no toothbrushes or slippers.

Guau The service is very good. The hotel is in a great location, only about 150 meters away from the blue dome church. The hygiene is also very good. Because the flight is in the morning, the staff also helped me book a taxi to the airport, which is worth a thumbs up🉑👍

Don't book if it's not good. The location is next to a blue-domed church, but you can't find it up there. No one came to pick up the phone. Later I found out it was just below. The service is not good. It's a bit dirty. There's dust everywhere. The environment is not first-class. It's not recommended inside.

We rented 8 rooms in Firostefani with friends, Vallas was the most expensive one. After having seen the other rooms and apartments (Milos, Reverie, Alonia), we can state that it was definitely the worst accomodation. At the arrival, the staff told us that someone left our room with the key, so we had to give back the master key each time we wanted to leave the room, waiting up to 10 minutes that someone came to reception. The bed sheet was washed so many times that it was like plastic, you sweated as you lied on the bed... the first night I wasn't able to sleep because of this. The bathroom smelled because the fan was broken and there was some direct connection to the sewerage. The view was impressive from the balcony but if you are at the zero level you have cars parked in front of your room. The breakfast was embarassing compared to the others in Firostefani. If you need help, don't go to the reception, the staff is not polite at all. We did not try the jacuzzi because we were at least at 200 m from it. It's a shame because Firostefani it's maybe the best place in the world and some hotel is really poor. They have to spend more in the room equipement and the staff must to go to a course to learn how to deal with customers!!!

We stopped (despite it being deserted) because it seemed much more "authentic" than all the places between Imerovigli and Fira... NEVER AGAIN. In addition to being extremely rude, two espresso coffees and two ouzos cost 24 euros (cash and without receipt obviously). The worst place we stopped in Santorini (shame because the view is wonderful)
