Villa Livadaros

Wow, my Mrs and myself stayed here for a week. What a resort. Family run resort by absolute top class family, the dad will pick you up from airport, Anna and her sister will do anything for you, get you booked up for tours, she even upgraded our room to balcony 2nd day the breakfasts are an absolute godsend to prepare you for the day and the pool is one of the most chilled one experienced. I will be back when we return next year for sure Karterados may be a little bit out of the way but the 20 minute walk to fira is worth it to be here Thanks again guys see you next year ❤️❤️

The front desk amazing! But bathroom was not fully clean. The street is SOOOOO LOUD!!! You can’t sleep at all at night!!! Next door was super loud all night.

Lovely Villa, the best part of the Villa is it’s receptionist Anna. She is such a wonderful person ready to help anytime. Clean and a few minutes walk from the city center. I will visit again. Thank you Anna.

Anastasia was THE MOST welcoming receptionist. She gave us incredible recommendations for restaurants and steered us in the right direction for using the public transportation. She allowed us to use the amenities hours before we were able to check in. Breakfast is delicious! The resort is beautiful, quiet and quaint!

Anna was so helpful and accommodating with us, nothing too much trouble. Made sure we had a room to stay in after our flight was delayed 4 hours, helped us with getting around the island and booking a trip to the hot springs and volcano. Lovely breakfast and pool area. Would definitely book here is again!

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights at the start of June this year !! What a great base to explore the island. The rooms were cleaned impeccably every day and the air con was great. Anna was a great help and was on hand to organise a quad for the day delivered to the villa !! If we are ever back in Santorini I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed from 1st till the 8th of April lovely & welcoming was able help rent a car for the week which was a lot cheaper then if we sourced ourselves. My husband had the breakfast which he enjoyed. Managed to get a late check out on the day we left due to late night flight which wasn’t a problem the staff here went above and beyond to accommodate our needs was 36 euro to extend. I would highly recommend it is in a quiet location which is perfect there is a pool which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try due to son wanting go out every day. Supermarket is only a short walk away and the centre is about 20 minute walk. Renting a car would be useful So can view the whole of the island everything is close by with a car. Room was clean and tidy, shower was lovely no problems with water. Cleaners cleaned very well few days we didn’t need so we asked Just for extra loo roll which goes in the bin and not down toilet definitely different to what use to but it the same everywhere on the island Couldn’t recommend another a lovely small quiet hotel definitely worth every penny if want a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. I booked this villa (via air bnb) as a one night stay, a surprise 30th birthday present for my fiancé. Prior to arrival, Anna was so lovely with great communication and offered us a transfer from the ferry port for €35 (by a lovely man, who arrived on time and was super chatty, informative and kind!). Very easy check in and check out at reception with Anna! She provided us with lots of information about the island as well as a detailed map. The villa itself was clean, beautiful and amazing! A very comfortable bed, air con, a lovely shower and a fridge. The pool was beautiful, clean and well looked after. The villa is only a short walk from the main road that leads into Fira. You can get a 5 minute bus for €1.60 each (which can get busy), or walk it for about 20 minutes. Overall, an amazing stay and we will 100% return for longer next time.
