Really good hostel. Nice staff. Near to bus station. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. The cat was really nice. Generally quite good

It was a poor room number 10,and fridge freezed my food. Although the receptionist is kind and friendly, that’s so important for me.

I only stayed for a night, but the check-in/check-out was very smooth. Above all, the location is great only a few minutes from the main bus terminal.

The staff was very friendly. Also they explained everything about nearby. Bus station and fira market is around 4 to 5 minutes far from it.

Luggage storage is free, but the environment is so-so. The beds don't have curtains, so privacy is an issue. Laundry is free, but there's no dryer. If you need to dry your clothes, there's a self-service laundromat about a 5-minute walk away.

The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The location is very convenient. The room has a balcony, and there's also free laundry available. I arrived early and was able to check in without any extra charge. The common area is very comfortable and even has charging ports right under the seats.

Good location! Very close to the bus station and Fira square where you can find many shops, restos, cafes, and bars! Need to mention that it is also very close to the caldera views for sunset! Very nice owner and staff! They have in house cats also! A kitchen and laundry machine you can use! Overall a very good place to stay!!
