Great concept with poor execution. The architects who designed this hotel clearly never stepped foot in one of the rooms. Looks nice in pictures but terrible when you're staying there. The outside pool area is nice but not remotely private with people being able to look in from above you and through the awful curtains that are terrible to try to open and close. Very little space to actually chill around your pool other than an unsteady GLASS table that is a serious insurance liability. Coffee table inside is so big it's almost impossible to sit around the couch. Of all the places we stayed in this area, this one was the worst value for money. The staff was excellent and very nice.

Good afternoon. Our experience at the hotel was reasonable, but we believe some points could be improved. The room cleaning was only average and could have been more thorough. Another point that bothered us was the curtain, which doesn't completely block out the light, making the room very bright early in the morning. We also requested breakfast in the room and, unfortunately, all the food arrived cold, which was quite disappointing. The staff service was good, always polite and helpful. On the other hand, the view from the hotel is simply wonderful, one of the highlights of the stay. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the center, which may make it difficult to get around for those who intend to go sightseeing frequently. We hope these observations can contribute to improving the experience of future guests.

Epic views, wonderful staff, and very quite location. Wish we could've used the infinity pool more, but strict pool hours made it challenging. Highly recommend to guests who are looking for a luxury stay in Santorini.

It’s a 5 star experience in the most beautiful setting with incredible views, without the crowds. Privacy plays a big role here. Loved everything… the room, the views, the pool, the food, the breakfast and mostly the amazing people working there. Will miss them.
