What a gem!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻 1- The location is absolutely top-notch, a superb cliffside hotel built into the mountainside with unobstructed views. Every room offers stunning ocean views. 2- The hotel service and facilities are excellent. The bedding is very comfortable, and there are even staff members who open parasols for you on the balcony. Breakfast is delivered to your room every day – simply perfect! 3- The entire hotel is very clean and hygienic. The infinity pool also boasts an amazing ocean view – it's fantastic!

Before heading to the airport on my return trip, this hotel had received 5-star reviews with no complaints. It boasted a superb location with excellent privacy, stunning sea views, attentive service, and delicious breakfast. However, the taxi driver who took us to the airport, a partner of the hotel, was incredibly rude. Fortunately, after complaining to Ctrip, their solution was satisfactory.

The hotel faces the volcanic island with unbeatable views. The hotel's decor is very exotic, and the terrace is comfortable. The surrounding guests are quiet, making for a great experience. It's convenient for dining and exploring the town, but the bus stop is a bit far to walk to, making it unsuitable for carrying luggage. The tap water on the island is not potable, even after boiling.

The facilities are average, the service is very average, the suite is just a steel frame partition, the railings are very low, there are safety risks, it is inconvenient to go to the toilet at night, and there is a greater risk of falling

At the Cliff Hotel, it was a truly relaxing experience to sit on the terrace outside my room in the morning, listening to the seagulls circling and playing, and watching the morning glow paint the white walls. Below, the azure blue of the Aegean Sea was calm and profound. The waiter served breakfast on the terrace outside each room. It was a truly wonderful experience. My only regret was that I only stayed for one day; I recommend planning at least two nights.
