Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts properties in Sanya

The hotel is located next to the Sanya Municipal Committee, making it convenient for daily shopping and errands. The hotel itself is a bit older, and checking into Building B is quite a distance. What wasn't so great: The service was inflexible! I admit it was my fault for canceling the hotel reservation last minute on the morning of check-in. Both I and the Trip.com manager called to try and work something out, but the hotel only responded by saying they wouldn't agree, or that I could change the check-in date to a specific new date, but once changed, it couldn't be altered again. I was forced to check in as originally planned. A bit disappointing!

My experience at the Crowne Plaza Sanya Bay Resort was absolutely perfect! Before arrival, the hotel called to confirm my check-in time, arranged a butler to understand my needs, and even upgraded my room. Opening the window revealed a stunning view; the beach with swaying palm trees from the balcony was truly delightful. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with cozy bedding. The shower was fantastic, with a powerful overhead rain shower. One of the best things about choosing this hotel is its proximity to Sanya Airport and Tianya Town, making it super convenient to visit the Tianya Haijiao scenic area, and Nanshan Cultural Tourist Zone is also easily accessible. If you have a morning flight to Sanya, staying at the Crowne Plaza Sanya Bay Resort is a great choice as getting a taxi to the airport is incredibly convenient.

A big thank you to May from customer service, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out. She helped us plan our itinerary and book restaurants, thinking of every detail. The hotel breakfast offered an amazing variety, with everything from Chinese congee, noodles, and dim sum to Western pastries and coffee. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, ensuring we had a satisfying meal every day. The afternoon tea in the afternoon was both beautiful and tasty, with exquisite desserts paired with fragrant teas. Sitting by the window enjoying the sun was simply delightful. In the evening, the cocktails at the bar were the perfect highlight – uniquely crafted with distinct layers of flavor, creating just the right amount of a pleasant buzz!

My family and I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Sanya Haitang Bay, and our overall experience was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's facilities and amenities are excellent, and we felt the thoughtful service from the moment we checked in until we departed. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by staff who presented us with fresh orchid leis – a truly lovely touch! When checking in, they even prepared a special, adorable room key card for my child, which made them incredibly happy. The staff patiently explained all the hotel areas and activity schedules, providing meticulous and attentive service. The room's sea view was fantastic, offering an expansive panorama. Waking up to the clear blue ocean every day was incredibly refreshing. The hotel is very considerate of children; the Kids' Experience Ambassador proactively contacted us to prepare and place all necessary children's amenities in the room, from toiletries to building blocks and a tent. My child had an absolute blast. The parent-child activities are a major highlight of the hotel, with a rich daily schedule. My child participated in various activities like crafts and games, fully engaged and constantly laughing. We barely needed to plan any additional excursions; my child could enjoy a fulfilling and happy day just within the hotel. The day before our departure, the Experience Ambassador thoughtfully inquired about our travel plans and even prepared snacks for my child, along with a small souvenir. The service from the Experience Ambassador truly deserves praise and added significantly to our positive experience. They checked in with us daily, offered assistance with parcel deliveries and food orders, saving us a lot of hassle. This stay was extremely enjoyable. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services left a deep impression. My child had a wonderful time, and we, as adults, found it relaxing and stress-free.
