My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Sanya completely exceeded my expectations! Stepping into the hotel, the lobby was simply elegant yet cozy, adorned with tropical greenery that instantly set a fresh, vacation vibe. The guest room was spotless and spacious, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation and was fully stocked with amenities, highlighting impeccable hygiene down to every corner. Facilities like the pool and gym were well-maintained; the pool water was crystal clear, and the gym equipment was fully functional. Ella's service, in particular, was incredibly thoughtful, from efficient check-in to prompt responses for daily requests. The staff were all friendly and helpful, proactively assisting with luggage and recommending sightseeing routes, making the entire experience heartwarming. Both the hardware facilities and soft services showcased excellent quality – definitely a five-star recommendation!

The facilities were both practical and considerate, with special amenities for children and non-slip designs in the bathrooms – the attention to detail was exceptional. Daisy's service was even more heartwarming; the front desk patiently answered all our questions, proactively helped with our luggage, and provided attentive care throughout our stay.
