Hilton Garden Inn properties in Sanya

This time in Sanya, I chose to stay at Hilton, and the big brand didn't disappoint. The hotel's location is excellent with sea views, and the room's cleanliness and facilities are very good. What truly touched me was the staff's service. Joy Xiao Zhang at the front desk handled our check-in, explaining everything clearly, and even gave us laundry tokens. Since we arrived quite late and then went out for dinner, it was already past 11 PM when we got to the laundry room, and there was a queue. We were basically ready to give up when Xiao Zhang saw us and proactively offered to do the laundry for us. I only found out the next day that she finished washing our clothes around 3 AM. I am so grateful and touched. Thank you, Xiao Zhang, and thank you, Hilton.

Facilities: Excellent and clean. The hotel is very new and definitely worth choosing. Cleanliness: Very thorough. Environment: The surroundings are great, and it's very close to the scenic area. Service: The front desk was very thoughtful and even gave us complimentary breakfast. [Free Round-Trip Shuttle] Direct shuttle to CDF duty-free shop | Houhai | Wuzhizhou Island pier: The shuttle was very convenient. We didn't go to Wuzhizhou because of the typhoon.
