Echarm Hotel (Sanya Qianguqing Scenic Area Hailü Duty Free City)

Facilities: Let’s talk about the excellent ones first. The faucet produces hot water very quickly and comes with a square towel for wiping your face. I like this very much. What’s uncomfortable is that some of the lights in the room are at the door and not at the bed. My head, I still need to get out of bed to close it! Moreover, there is a side of the bed in this room that requires me to walk sideways, which knocked my feet twice. Hygiene: The room we first opened had a musty smell! I called and asked for a change, and one thing was that there was an upgraded room type in my order on the platform, but the staff didn't even take the initiative to mention that it was possible to upgrade. I asked, and he said it was OK. Service: The front desk is not very professional. Logically speaking, the order information can be seen on the computer! I booked a room upgrade for free, but he didn’t plan to tell me if I didn’t ask! I also brought my own breakfast, but he didn’t take the initiative to give me a meal ticket when he saw that we were both together. My boyfriend had a fever, so I rushed up to let him rest! These two points are quite uncomfortable. I came down here specifically in the morning to get an extra RMB 38 breakfast, but ended up going to the restaurant to eat just this! I spent this money and I was drunk too

最不滿意的一次住宿，掛着宜尚的牌子，訂了一間雙人間，問題如下：1.停車場在幾百米以外的老舊小區停車場；2.房間很小很擠，洗漱間、衞生間也小；3.燈具開關衹有衞生間和全部，射燈、閲讀燈沒有單獨控制；4.衞生間開門進去有一股臭味，沒有排氣扇和窗，沒法排氣；5.打掃不乾淨，有個筆筒在地上；6.電視貌似衹有一個台。總結：反正就是最不愉快的一次住宿，沒有之一！

平時的話周圍有好多酒店可以選擇，這篇評價沒什麼參考價值因為看周杰倫演唱會來的房間比平時溢價了3倍多……

本着連鎖酒店品牌去的，但是這個是賓館非標改造的吧，大廳很小，房間更是小的不行，地毯不知道多久沒洗，臟的要命，上洗手間的時候看到洗手間門口的螞蟻搬家。不夠晾曬衣服，所以我想把衣服搭在掛衣服的鐵架子上，習慣性手摸了一下鐵架子上，也不知道幾年沒擦了，潮濕結坨黑色的灰塵。前台工裝都參差不齊，洗個衣服加烘乾得3-4個鐘，被套也是有一個巴掌那麼大的印子，跟別的宜尚真不一樣。

酒店位置很好，吃喝玩樂都滿足出行要求，想看千古情，逛免税店都可以住這邊，打車或者走路過去都可以很近，最近新開的大悦城也在附近，旁邊吃的也挺多的，價格也挺實惠的。酒店裝修還挺新，設施設備齊全，7樓有洗衣房能烘乾，剛好用上了，如果沒時間洗衣服還可以讓前台幫洗好送房間，這點不錯。酒店衞生乾淨，工作人員很有禮貌，很熱情，進出都會打招呼，推薦入住
