The hotel has an excellent location in Jinjiling, Sanya city. There is a snack street nearby. The front desk service was friendly and introduced us to the surrounding tourist attractions. There is also a laundry room and dryer on the first floor, and laundry detergent is provided. Friends who are on a business trip do not have to worry. The laundry is a hassle, the room is clean and tidy, the space is large, there is a big projection, the room facilities are smart, I love it [love] I will choose here next time!

We booked a room at around 3am, and when we took a shower, there was no hot water for half a day. It took about 5 minutes for the water to come out. The bathtub was even worse, after 20 minutes there was still no hot water. Then the shower room leaked and the floor outside was wet. Then the bath towel also had holes in it, I was speechless. Also, if you check in at around 3 or 4, you have to check out at 12 the next day...

We arrived late at night and there was a bad smell when we entered the room. I called the front desk to ask for another room, but they said they didn't have any. They told us to check out in the middle of the night, but we didn't want to go through the trouble anymore. We booked a three-day room and thought we could just stay one night and check out for two days. But the merchant refused to refund the other two days and pushed the issue to Ctrip. When I called Ctrip again, they said they needed the merchant's consent. How could I play with you guys in the middle of the night? We complained until 2am before they refunded us for the other two nights! If you are traveling, please be careful not to book this hotel. It is extremely dirty, and the male manager there is also very arrogant. It really makes me angry! Be sure to book a large chain hotel and don't easily trust these so-called designer stores! I am speechless 😓

This is my first time giving a bad review, I’m so angry! ! ! I took my parents to Sanya for a trip. I chose for a long time and finally chose this hotel because I saw no bad reviews. The result was extremely disappointing. The problems I discovered are as follows: 1. The air conditioner doesn't cool. It's not cool at all after being here for a long time. Later, I asked the front desk to open a secondary card so that the air conditioner can be kept cooling when I go out to eat. The aunt entered the room without permission and took away the secondary card without telling us. 2. The auntie did a perfunctory job of cleaning and threw away our facial cleanser and skin care product samples without permission. 3. Elevator malfunction. It may be a coincidence, but the elevator malfunctioned once during our stay. After closing the door, it didn't respond and kept shaking, which scared us a lot. 4. During our stay, the upstairs and the adjacent building were under renovation. During our break time, there was always the sound of electricity running, which was very noisy! ! ! 5. The image and text do not match and the projector cannot be used. As soon as we entered the room, we found that the projector was seriously tilted. Later they said we could adjust it manually, but we climbed up to fix it ourselves and were exhausted but still couldn't. Overall, quite disappointed.

The room is very suitable for a family of three, clean, tidy and quiet. Downstairs is a very bustling small commercial street, with many delicious shops and Internet celebrity shops, and it is very close to Fenfang! The surrounding area is very close to the attractions! There is a parking space at the door! Really highly recommended
