Stayed 2 times in this apartments (October and January) and I'll stay next time too. Location is excellent, apartments are good and price is reasonable.

Great location and low price. The room is clean and cozy. There is a TV, air conditioning, kettle and mugs, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper, two towels, garbage bags. The bed linen was clean. Wi fi was fast. I liked everything, will come back here again.

Everything was perfect about this accommodation. There are a plenty of supermarkets around, many restaurants, different shops. The beach is 5 mins walk. You can rent a bike right next to the hotel (40¥/day). The view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is clean, the service is good. More than satisfied with this accommodation, I couldn’t want more.

Pretty good option if all you need is a bed to crush on in the end of the day. Location is great - 3 min walk to the beach and there are bunch of stores and restaurants around. My apartment was on 14th floor and the elevator in this building is a disaster - in the middle of the day you gotta wait for like 5 mins to get upstairs

Pros: The host was friendly and welcoming, check in/ check out through Wechat fast and convenient, She kept me updated about everything. Very convenient location, close to everything: shopping, restaurants, beaches, nightlife. I enjoyed the seaview. Cons: The internet was a bit slow. The apartment itself was clean and neat but near elevators and the lobby there were not very clean and always a lot of cigarettes butts. The security guards are not very friendly. However, I definitely recommend for budget travelers!

Nice little room. Great location - close to the beach and bus stops, lots of cafes and shops around. Can be hard to find on your own, need to contact the administrator in advance.

The room space is different from the pictures. The bathroom is not good, there is only a small circle of paper towels, and there are fewer spare items. The balcony is not well decorated. There is water leakage outside, and the balcony door is broken and has no lock, which is not very reliable. The sound insulation is not good during rest, and the sound of the faucet opposite can still be heard. The experience is average. The reception desk is not in a good location and needs to be guided by phone. I will not upload the pictures, just have a general idea in mind.

The apartments are not bad for a couple of days, the price is quality! But Russian speakers have a problem with checking in, if it weren’t for the Chinese, Russian speakers I don’t know if they would have gotten into the room at all. Plus - partial sea view

We were there from January 23 to January 27. We arrived at night at 3 o'clock. We were met by a relative, without her it would have been difficult to find the hotel and reception on our own. It is better to agree with the hotel in advance about an early check-in, this was our mistake. Everything ended well. The manager came down for us and we were checked in at 4 am, we paid extra for a day, but we were happy. The location of the Apartments is gorgeous, everything is nearby cafes, massage, sea. We were happy!
