Amazing sea view, clean room, and excellent value for the price. The beach is beautiful, clean, and easy to access. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service. Although they don’t speak much English, they were always willing to help and communicated effectively using translation apps and WeChat. When rainwater leaked through our window during a typhoon, they immediately moved us to another room and resolved the issue professionally. A few minor downsides: the mirror frame was rusty, there was no wardrobe, and the bathroom layout isn’t ideal for families due to the transparent glass and shared door. The hotel is also a bit far from downtown Sanya and Yalong Bay, but Didi is readily available, arrives quickly, and makes it easy to get around. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it for the stunning ocean view, great service, and excellent value for money.

Our family stayed at the Nature Song Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the general hygiene was excellent. A special shout-out to the attentive and diligent lobby staff who actively helped us with our luggage and provided pick-up/drop-off service right at the street entrance. They were incredibly welcoming. The staff provided thoughtful service, and check-in was smooth. The location is also very convenient, and the beach nearby is beautiful.
