The kids' club and outdoor pool are well-maintained, surrounded by greenery for privacy and relaxation. There are even sunshades in areas that get direct sunlight at midday. The hotel room was very spacious and bright. From the moment we got out of the car, a porter helped us with our luggage to the front desk. Gordon, at reception, was professional and enthusiastic. He asked about our preferred floor, introduced the hotel's gym and pool facilities, and recommended local specialty foods. We chose a room on the 12th floor this time, and the photos turned out great. It's a Southeast Asian-style hotel, and the view from the room's balcony is especially stunning. I brought my kids for a vacation during the May Day holiday and I spent a long time researching before choosing this hotel. It has excellent facilities, including the Adventure Kingdom for family fun and the Amazon Water Park. The Kingdom is an indoor soft play area, which is large and cool, while the Water Park is an outdoor aquatic playground. Overall, aside from the hot midday and afternoon weather, Sanya is perfect for sightseeing and activities in the mornings and evenings. Frankly, this hotel offers incredible value for money and I highly recommend it.

Red Tree Forest Resort World is definitely the best choice for a vacation in Sanya. The overall Southeast Asian vibe is strong, surrounded by tropical greenery, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment that's perfect for photos. The Amazon Jungle Water Park is fantastic, with a great wave pool, exciting water slides, and plenty of other fun activities. The Adventure Kingdom is perfect for families with kids. The food street within the resort offers a wide variety of dining options, from Chinese and Western cuisine to specialty snacks, all with authentic flavors. All the staff were very polite and responded and resolved any issues promptly. The location is excellent and convenient, close to both the airport and the train station. The artificial beach at the water park has fine sand, and the pool water is crystal clear. The sun loungers are spaced generously, so there's no problem with noisy crowds. The evening foam party kept the kids entertained for hours. Our butler, Lisa, was very responsive; the buckwheat pillow she brought me was a lifesaver for my neck. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including a food street and a shopping area. The coconut chicken hotpot at the hotel itself was enough to satisfy my cravings. If you're looking for a completely relaxing getaway, this place is definitely worth it.

The room facilities were a bit dated. I stayed here for a week back in 2018, and everything was fully equipped then. This time, perhaps because of the Asian Beach Games, many areas were undergoing renovations. The roast duck and skewers at Donglaishun were pretty good, and Jiuzhuan Xiaomo served authentic Northeastern cuisine.

My first hotel in Sanya gets a perfect score from me! The environment is fantastic, and the operating model is quite unique – it's more like a resort complex, which is great for exploring! I immediately felt like I was on vacation. It offers excellent value for money! The only minor issue was the bathroom drainage, but I think that's a small flaw that doesn't detract from the overall experience.
