馬路邊的小區，房間對着河景，很安靜。房間乾淨，採光好，有紗窗，大門還有紗簾，1月三亞天熱開空調，有蚊子，紗窗特別實用。走路十分鐘到海邊，步行15分鐘到天涯夜市，燒烤便宜味道好，半夜12點仍然很熱鬧。
需走樓梯到三樓前台，但樓梯比較短，如果提很重的行李箱需要注意。
春節前旺季，以200不到的價格訂到三人間，地理位置好，乾淨，自駕臨時住一晚，性價比很高。

店家人很好，旅店在二樓，需要上三段台階，我的行李特別重，來住店和離開都是店家幫助我提的行李。我需要用電腦，店家還現給我搬來了一個電腦桌和一個椅子。因為價格便宜，所以硬件就是還湊合的水平，但是店家人還是很善良的。預算不高的人可以考慮。
