酒店周邊環境比較不錯，工作人員服務也比較好，但是因為是老酒店，所以設施比較差，陽台踩着咯吱響有點嚇人，紗簾也是爛了的，
而且大晚上睡覺的時候頭上掉下來一衹蟑螂.......

房間一般房間裏地上的地毯很臟很臟大概從來不洗的臟死了洗漱用品也很差衹有退房了才會來給你打掃房間連住幾天衞生不弄床單不換垃圾不扔旁邊有個大型商場走過去很近吃飯很方便

每座樓好像一片樹葉，9片樹葉組成一個酒店羣。設施看起來有點舊，但好處是沒有污染，不到100元就能住在三亞市中心，而且免費停車，非常超值！
