This is a new hotel with a beautiful environment and international design. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, provided excellent service and explained everything thoroughly. The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet and electric curtains – a great place for a relaxing vacation. It's also very close to Luhuitou Park. The swimming pool water was clean and odorless. Our butler, Liz, was also very good.

Stepping into the room, the curtains automatically opened to reveal a breathtaking panoramic ocean view – the sea view at Sanya Banshan voco is truly stunning. Our butler, Lily, checked in with us daily and was incredibly responsive to all our requests. Among Sanya hotels, it's a smaller, more refined gem, and the breakfast was delicious too.

Great elevated location with nice views, you can see the sea. It's a new hotel with pleasant rooms and good value for money.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. The room was very clean, and the butler service was responsive. The location is very convenient, close to the beach. My child was also very happy and said they want to stay here again next time we come to Sanya.

First of all, I really want to thank Liz, our butler, for her service and care. She made our stay incredibly comfortable and thoughtful, putting us in a great mood for the entire trip! I highly recommend the newly opened Half-Mountain Voco hotel. It's best if you have a car, as it's only 1km from Dadonghai, making it easy to drive around and explore. The hotel rooms and facilities are excellent and very clean, and all the staff are exceptionally warm and polite.

Our room attendant, Liz, was incredibly thoughtful; she contacted us before our check-in to ask about our needs. The hotel stay was comfortable and worry-free, clean with excellent service. The tour desk at the same hotel planned a scientific and reasonable itinerary, and Front Desk Manager Duan Hongyu was professional and down-to-earth, with no hidden charges. We had a one-stop solution for food, accommodation, and entertainment, making the entire trip easy and enjoyable. I genuinely recommend it!
