Argyle Resort Yalong Bay Sanya

Environment: The hotel environment in Sanya resorts is generally good, and this one particularly stands out for its family-friendly entertainment. Hygiene: Very good. Especially with so much greenery, I didn't notice any mosquitoes, which indicates the hotel is well-maintained. Service: Satisfactory. Facilities: It's not a new hotel, so the facilities and equipment aren't new either, but they feel comfortable. Areas for improvement: Conditioner was not provided for two consecutive days, which lowered the experience. The small bottles must look very similar, as each time I went to use it, I found it was shampoo and shower gel again.

The front desk staff, Ms. Xiao Wei, was very warm and generous. She communicated kindly and proactively informed us about the breakfast, pool, and parking locations. It was very thoughtful.

Had a really good experience! The room was spacious and very clean, and it even had a washing machine. Plus, they gave us a free upgrade since it was the off-season.

There was a gecko in the room, and it took the staff a while to catch it. The pool is in the middle, which is great for fun. Breakfast was decent, and the shuttle bus to the beach and the duty-free shop shuttle were definite pluses.

We were very happy that the front desk proactively upgraded our room. The room's decor and facilities are new, and it was generally clean. The layout was quite reasonable, perfectly meeting our older child's desire for their own room. Overall, our whole family was very satisfied with our stay.

The place is quite clean, and the hygiene is good. The curtains are spotless, and the kitchenware is also clean. The service was excellent; my mouse broke, and the front desk immediately brought me a new one. I highly recommend booking this place.

Honestly, for over 300 a night, what more can you expect? A spacious two-room apartment with a living room, two double beds, a sofa, a desk with a lamp, and a wardrobe – perfect for one adult and one child. The pool has a bar, it's close to the Forest Park, and there are free shuttle buses to the beach and duty-free shop. The washing machine and laundry room are excellent, with a 'drying function' that gets clothes dry quickly. The only minor downsides are that breakfast is a bit simple, but sufficient, and the room curtains aren't completely blackout, but it's acceptable. There were a lot of Russians.
