We arrived at the beginning of typhoon butterfly. Bella at front desk was very kind to allow us early check in. Everything in our room was par excellent. View from 33rd floor was great. Unfortunately due to the typhoon, howling wind was so strong like aircraft taking off and landing throughout the night, not the hotel's fault. Regrettably we couldn't use the swimming pool and the outdoor waterpark. But we enjoyed the shows at the aquarium during our stay. Buffet breakfast was really good, spread was huge and high quality. Highly recommend this excellent hotel at Haitang Bay.

This is the best-ever resort as the aquarium provides a jaw dropping experience and its water park and several pools provides all levels of fun that can satisfy all generations. Especially, their butler service is best ever. My butler was Elena Hu who daily checks me with any assistance needed and helped me to enjoy the entire stay without any concern. I communicated with Wechat and her english is good.

We were assigned a personal assistant upon check in, which was very useful and helpful. The aquarium was wonderful and very soothing. A very enjoyable stay overall.

Atlantis Sanya was very nice hotel with providing excellent services. The hotel provides the butler service for international guests who doesn't speak Chinese, which is very ease to enjoy the services. Alina was my butler, who has helped me alot. The guest who doesn't have Chinese phone number should use either WhatsApp or Wechat (I recommend Wechat) to communicate with butler. After the checkout at 12:00pm, guest can still enjoy the hotel attraction service until 3pm. Overall, I am going visit the hotel again soon.

Best room and hotel of my whole trip around China!! The beach, gardens, pools, restaurants are superb, my butler Elena was so helpful, the waterpark was so much fun, and all the staff were very kind and hardworking... I had such a great time, wish I had booked a longer stay!!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — from the beautiful rooms to the excellent service. A special thank you to our butler-Dikshya Kunwar, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. No matter the time of day, she was available 24/7 and made our stay truly comfortable and stress-free. Her support and warm attitude made all the difference. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Atlantis Sanya and would recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxed resort vibe with beautiful design and solid amenities. The resort itself is massive, with plenty of pools, restaurants, and things to do. Our room was opulent and well-equipped and everything we needed was there. The bed was super comfortable, water pressure in the shower was strong, and the air conditioning worked perfectly with easy temperature control. After long days in the sun, coming back to such a relaxing space made a big difference The Aquaventure water park was definitely a highlight. It was so much fun, and surprisingly, the lines were minimal compared to places like Volcano Bay in Florida. I was able to get on every ride immediately upon climbing up the MANY flights of stairs. There was also plenty of seating when we went, though I recommend arriving early around opening time (10 am) to grab a good spot. Note that they weigh you before most rides (there’s a scale right before boarding), so be sure to check weight restrictions on the website. That said, enforcement didn’t seem too strict. The lazy river with white water rapids was a blast and takes about 20 to 30 minutes to float through. Breakfast was another standout. There are two buffet areas so make sure to go to the one on the left (Saffron). It had a better spread and much nicer ambiance. Most guests turn right by default and miss out. The aquarium was smaller than expected and pretty packed with kids, but still enjoyable. We saw beluga whales and several beautifully maintained tanks. The marine life looked healthy and the enclosures were clean. Bonus: entry is free for hotel guests. The only downside was the beach, it’s public and a bit far from the resort, so we didn’t swim. Also, despite the Tiki Bar having live music and a great setup, the vibe was quiet and family-oriented. Although it looks perfect for it, don't expect a party scene like you’d find in Florida or the Bahamas. Overall, Atlantis Sanya delivers a lot: fun activities, great food, and gorgeous surroundings—just with a more relaxed energy.

The Atlantis resort hotel certainly defied all of our expectations! The hotel entrance is grand and airy. We were checked in by our butler Dikshya who spoke English and helped us to settle into our room. It was nice that we received a complimentary room upgrade and at a higher floor since it was our first visit. The aquarium is very impressive and the kids enjoyed checking out the marine life. The aquaventure park was lots of fun for adults and kids alike. The tornado rides are highly recommended! The breakfast buffet was epic! It was extensive and high quality - on par with the best buffets in Las Vegas. On our final night (we stayed for 3 nights), our room air conditioning broke down. Dikshya came to our rescue and moved us into a suite which was simply awesome - it topped off our visit in a fantastic way! We will certainly return for another visit even though Sanya is a long way from our home in Australia.

Upon checking into the hotel, I was delighted to be assisted by Ms Elena Hu, a kind and helpful butler who spoke my language. Her attentive care throughout my four-day stay made me feel very comfortable and at home. She thoughtfully arranged reminders for my schedule and even provided breakfast before my early departure. I was truly impressed by her exceptional service and would like to express my sincere gratitude to Elena.

Regret I haven’t booked Atlantis for the entire stay to be honest. It was 100 dollars more expensive than Crown Plaza, but boy it ended up being a great value for money! First, plenty of things to do for the entire family with aqua park, aquarium, kids adventures and swimming pools for adults. Second, cinema and aqua show kind of like cirque du soleil style. Third, access to imperial lounge made all the difference- was able to chill there and drinks and food are free. So ended up saving massively on food. Actually Atlantis was cheaper than Crown Plaza after all food costs added in. Fourth, personal butler service. Communicated via WeChat easily and answered all my questions instantly. Shout out to Marina doing a great job! Enough staff speaking both English and Russian. And all signs in the hotel in 3 languages - Chinese, Russian, English. Crown Plaza was not foreigners friendly at all. Eric was the only guy who spoke decent English there. Room service and other services were 100% Chinese. Good I speak basic Mandarin, otherwise would have been tough. The only disappointment was really closed pools for adults which made me purchase a cabana to be able to enjoy pool access in private and without much loud screams from kids etc. But was not such a big disappointment! I would stay here exclusively next time. Totally worth the money!

Beyond expectation: the hotel building (what a master piece!), the buffet, the room, the swimming pool and above all the aquarium! Special thanks to Elena Hu (!!) who guided us through the week in case we needed something, which was very pleasant as she speaks Spanish and English. Thx!

We had a great experience during our five days stay in this hotel, good location, good service and good facilities. It’s very convenient for families with children. There are lots of things to do and you don’t need to go out of hotel, and a special thanks to  Mrs Dikshya Kunwar , she is always online and helpful, hope we can visit again soon.
