This hotel surprised me in a good sense. The room was not only clean but quite in a good condition. For this price it was good. Nothing fancy but the essentials are there.
What you have to pay attention to: it is next to a noisy street, you can't sleep much on either side of the building. The side that doesn't look onto the street has windows but they look on the wall of the next building ( 30 cms apart), you get a bit of view only on the seventh floor.
I really liked the stained glass in the bathroom door.
It is good for a couple of nights if you eat out all the time as there is no fridge.

Hello, we have been looking for a hotel for a long time. The location is good, 15-20 minutes to Sanya Bay beach. The room is a bit dirty, everything is old, but the room is large. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean. If you are a Russian tourist, then it’s like Anapa or Crimea. The local inexpensive food cafe and market saves you. Everything is cheap and local everywhere. This is the most inexpensive area on the island. Every day they ask if they need to clean. The reception is right on the street, and the entrance to the hotel is an elevator. The administrator is a man and two women, very nice and will always help with everything. Thank you for sheltering me.
