It was a fantastic stay! 🎉🎉 As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Check-in was super quick. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable view. Watching the city lights at night was incredibly soothing. The bedding was soft and comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as I lay down, which is rare for me when sleeping away from home. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent! The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of malls and restaurants nearby. There's a Lawson, Starbucks, and KFC right downstairs. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sanya and would highly recommend it to my friends! 🌹

The room was clean and tidy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable city view – it instantly brightened my mood. The breakfast spread was extensive, with freshly made Hainan noodles and Qingbuliang (a local dessert soup) tasting authentic. The staff were quick to replenish cutlery and food, so I didn't have to lift a finger. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Sanya. Highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a high-quality stay!

Even during the New Year's Day peak season, the hotel was quite busy, but the service kept up. The front desk staff were warm and accommodating, and there were even employees guiding guests to the elevators in the lobby and proactively offering welcome drinks. The attention to service details was excellent. The location is superb, with convenient city transport and all amenities nearby. There's a Lawson and a KFC downstairs, and if you walk a bit further, you can reach Joy City, which is lively and bustling. Parking is also convenient with plenty of empty spaces, though it is a bit inconvenient to have to scan the parking QR code every time you leave. Overall, this stay was quite good. I'm satisfied.

The hotel lobby is on the 23rd floor. After checking in, you take the elevator up to the 30-something floor, where you can enjoy panoramic city views. The location is downtown, not far from Joy City, Haitravel, and Romance Park; there's also a shuttle bus to CDF. My package also included dinner, which was fantastic! 🎉

The room itself was actually pretty good, and the cleanliness was also decent. My main issue is with the food delivery to the rooms. Since there's such a high volume of delivery orders, why can't they get more robots? All the deliveries have to wait for one robot. My delivery driver called me at 8:09 PM, and by 8:41 PM, half an hour had passed, and I still hadn't seen my food. I ordered fries, and I was really looking forward to them, but they just sat downstairs getting cold for half an hour. How am I supposed to eat soggy fries?! Every time I called, they just said there was nothing they could do. If there's nothing they can do, then they should find a solution. What are the front desk staff for? Can't they bring it up? Or at least tell me so I can go down and get it myself. They just silently left my food downstairs for half an hour, leaving me hungry and disappointed!

I chose this hotel spontaneously, and to my surprise, I was really pleased. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the lady at the counter even offered to upgrade my room. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, with strong water pressure and instant hot water. The little details really added to the experience: the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and they provided various charging ports. Breakfast offered a great variety, with fresh-cooked noodles and fresh fruit being particularly good. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and the price was reasonable. It’s perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I’ve already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the city. Satisfied! 👍🏻

The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the high-window room type is also comfortable; the kids absolutely loved it. It's cozy and peaceful, with good soundproofing. The staff are enthusiastic, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The young lady, E, even proactively guided us with our luggage, offering thoughtful and attentive service, basically anticipating our every need. Even during busy check-in times, efficiency remains very high, and they even offered welcome drinks. Next time we're in Sanya, we'll definitely choose the Hyatt again!

My first hotel stay in Sanya, and I instantly fell in love with it. It's located right in the city center, and the main design is grand yet minimalist. The lobby's music is delightful and pleasing to the ear, and the lounge's cocktails are consistently excellent, as expected from the Hyatt brand. The simple evening meals were also good. The front desk provides one-on-one service, anticipating guest needs. I'll definitely be back next time! P.S. The hotel toiletries weren't replenished as promptly as they could have been initially; I'm not sure if it was because of peak season, but they were more timely later on. The minibar included in the package was very well-stocked, so much so that I couldn't finish everything while out and about.

The super king-sized room is great for families with kids, but it's a shame there are no child-friendly facilities, not even a small indoor play area. There are also no bed rails, which makes it a bit inconvenient when traveling with a baby. It takes a while to walk to Tianyue City. The dinner options were limited but tasty, and breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel stay was incredibly comfortable. Compared to Sanya's beachfront hotels, the high-floor city view was also excellent, and the rooms were very new. The executive lounge and breakfast were both very rich and offered great value for money. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya!

Came to Sanya for G.E.M.'s concert. The king-size bed rooms in the same category were fully booked, but the front desk proactively upgraded my room and included breakfast. The hotel experience was really excellent. The pool, though a bit small, was quite comfortable.

This is my first negative hotel review, and it's for your property. Is this the standard for Hyatt Group hotels now? Is your front desk staff truly up to five-star hotel standards? Where's the warm service? I called the front desk for ten minutes, and no one picked up, just music on hold. When I checked out, I left something behind, and no one bothered to ask about it; it was just sent to storage. When I came to pick it up on the same day, I had to wait ages for them to bring it up. The elevators are inconvenient, requiring multiple transfers. What exactly is your management doing?
