The room size was decent, and there was a large sofa bed for the kids. Breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of dishes. The hotel is conveniently located near two large shopping malls, Vientiane World and Joy City. Ordering takeout was also very easy.

Located in the heart of Sanya, this hotel offers great value for money. It's super convenient for getting around and shopping. The breakfast spread is rich, diverse, and delicious. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and quite new. It's one of the few hotels in Sanya where food delivery can come straight to your room, which is a huge plus! This is an excellent hotel! The rooms are spotless, and the bathroom fixtures are all Kohler, with toiletries that smell amazing. The lobby is very grand, and the views from the higher floors are fantastic. Most importantly, the value for money is incredible. It's an all-inclusive package with buffet breakfast and dinner, and kids under 12 stay absolutely free – so family-friendly! It's also very close to Joy City, the beach, and the night market. We had a late flight, and the front desk staff (a super handsome guy, I wish I'd caught his name!) proactively offered us a late check-out and even upgraded our room. That was just wonderful! We'll definitely be back next time. Many thanks!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Hyatt's brands are always reliable. The location is fantastic, right next to MixC shopping mall. What a great experience! The lobby is on the 23rd floor, and the rooms are even higher up, which really elevated the whole stay. The room was super clean and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were efficient and incredibly warm and attentive. The restaurant was excellent too, with such a welcoming vibe and a wide variety of breakfast options. Manager H at the hotel was also outstanding. This hotel is my top choice for business travel.

The service was great, but the hotel had a strong renovation smell, and the ventilation wasn't very good. The breakfast was nice, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It's a good option for a stopover or for a few days before heading out of the city.

This was my second stay here. My first visit was right after they opened and I was quite impressed. This time was still good; the hygiene was excellent. The staff were a bit indifferent, which was a shame, and unfortunately, I didn't get to use the pool upstairs this time, which is a slight regret.

Had a fantastic stay, truly impressed by this great value-for-money hotel. Its location on Yingbin Road makes it super convenient for getting to the train station by taxi, and the airport isn't far either. Plus, there are excellent shopping malls and duty-free shops nearby – a big bonus! The duty manager, H, and the front desk staff were very responsible and helpful. I loved the lovely scent of the hotel's toiletries. Also, the breakfast spread was amazing and delicious. Lastly, I highly recommend checking out the hotel's beautiful pool.

After a few days in Sanya, I booked this hotel for the night before my flight, mainly because it's just a short drive from the airport down a side road. The hotel is very well-managed; the rooms are spacious, and thanks to the high ceilings, the views are excellent, including sea views. All the facilities in the room are quite new, and the shower gel and shampoo have a lovely citrus scent. Furthermore, the hotel's service response is incredibly fast; anything I requested from the front desk was quickly arranged and dealt with. It was excellent.
