Amazing stay and super helpful staff that was able to give us many recommendations! Super suggested for your stay in Sanya

Good afternoon, everyone! A hotel for those who like to travel without being tied to a hotel. Excellent buffet: dumplings, sausage and cold cuts, seasonal fruits, natural coffee and Chinese food. Attentive staff. I especially want to note Wendy's respectful and attentive attitude at the reception: they raised the room level, advise on household issues. An electronic translator is recommended for better communication. The rooms are cleaned daily. This hotel is suitable for travelers to the sights of Hainan Island.

Pros- great location, the hotel is across the street from the beach. Huge lobby with a seating area. Nice staff. Decent breakfast, a few restaurants nearby. Daily housekeeping. Has an open gym , although it was quite dirty and the AC was unplugged. Cons- could fix certain details that will improve the overall quality look of the hotel. Why would you put metal inside the pool water?????? A hotel that can host probably 500 people, they only had 6 lounge chairs for the pool. Why not have beach lounge chairs on the beach for guests like Pullman Hotel and other hotels do. If there are holes in sheets, curtains, towels, anything, please please throw it out, don't be cheap and keep it, it looks horrible. In the bathroom shower stall, they give installed the smallest , tiniest shelf , where u can barely keep ur stuff in, remove that and install a nice long shelf that goes along the shower wall. Also the shower door swings inwards the shower stall, hitting the shower head and limiting it opening range...why? The door should swing out, so u can pull , not push in.

The room was very big, but I got a room at building B where the view was not as good as in the pictures.

Trip advertises a sauna in this hotel but apparently it closed down several years ago. We had to ask reception to instruct the staff to clean the pool early morning as the master would clean it during opening hours which prevented us from doing lane swimming. Aside from this, the hotel iis excellent value for money, rooms are huge, like apartments really, clean, and we had a truly pleasant stay

The rooms were very big, clean and had everything you need. However, the furniture was dated and the TV didn’t work. The location of the hotel was good as it was quiet but only a short walk to the bars and restaurants. We wanted to use the pool for an early morning swim but they were still cleaning it at 9am. We asked them to clean it earlier which they did. A pleasant stay.

The food was great the views and hospitality were even better

Nice hotel I’ll recommend. Good location, great staff, pool, sea view from the hotel and the quiet beach area. 22 mins by didi to dadonghai which wasn’t bad

Got an upgrade to larger room, which was awesome! great and large room. Other facilities are also good, like pool and fitnessroom. There is busstation nearby to take you to the city. Definitely want to come back

This hotel is close to the airport, about 15 minutes, and it's about a 30 minutes drive into Sanya. It's good if you just want to be near the ocean and still be close to the airport. I enjoyed the stay here. Pros: The staff are helpful. The room was clean. Very exciting to see a thoroughly clean room, so I was 😁. The bed was very comfortable.🤩 The beach is about 5 minutes walk. 😍 I didn't try the food and other services as I was only stopping through and needed a cheap pace to sleep. There's a bathtub that works. The price is very reasonable and it's a good quality. Cons: The shower water didn't get as hot as I prefer. The air conditioner works well, but not well enough for a women in menopause 😅. The building is older so it shows. There are small minor details that could use maintenance but overall, the facilities are well kept. I don't see it as a concern but others might. There are a few negatives but still worth a stay.

First time I stayed this hotel. Overall I liked. Big size of room, full ocean view and close to beach. One thing I feel something lack would be not enough chairs at room, noise air conditioner and slow internet. Again I enjoyed staying here. If there would be improvement, it would be more good.
