I didn't expect to book such a great hotel for this price, it was even better than I anticipated – incredible value for money! The environment is lovely, and the scenery is very nice too! It's just a few hundred meters walk to the beach, with plenty of coconut trees for shade, so no worries about getting sunburned. I'm already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Exceptional value for money! This hotel apartment exceeded all our expectations. The kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals, saving us a ton on dining out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was sleek and clean. The staff was friendly and responsive, addressing every request promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport. We left feeling refreshed and satisfied—100% recommend this hidden treasure to all travelers!

The view was very nice and kitchen & washing machine was very useful but I don’t recommend it to anyone unless they improve basic cleanliness and swimming pool access or some sort of breakfast options. The cleaning lady seemed like she HATED her job and did a very sloppy job. We couldn’t stand the stench of the room after they wiped the floor. The mattress was hard. No restaurants or shops near by and no breakfast options. A swimming pool is a basic thing in almost all hotels in Sanya but this one didn’t provide it even though there were many pools around the hotel that they didn’t manage to get access to. The hotel itself is one of many individual companies who bought some floors of the building and renting them out.

The view from the window is amazing! 😎 It's beautiful and really suitable for long-term family stays. I only realized how close it was to the beach after I left. There's also some kind of night market nearby, but I didn't have time to check it out. Maybe next time! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! 🈵🈵🈵🈵🈵🈵🈵🈵🈵🈵🈵 It's great for a relaxing long-term stay. The nearby beach seems a bit difficult for swimming, so be careful there. However, just relaxing on the sandy beach 🏖️ and watching the sea is very calming, and you can even catch the sunrise 🌅.

The facilities are quite comprehensive, and the washing machine is very practical, making it suitable for a homestay-style trip.

My spouse and I had a truly comfortable stay in the family room. It was spacious, clean, and warmly decorated, with complete and practical facilities, making for an excellent living experience. The young lady and gentleman stewards provided enthusiastic and thoughtful service, with a kind and polite attitude. When I couldn't figure out how to use the washing machine, I sent a message and they immediately came to help, responding promptly and efficiently. They were meticulous and attentive throughout our stay, quickly and properly resolving any needs we had, making the entire check-in process easy and stress-free. The value for money is exceptional, and we'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!

The room has a great view! Even though it's not on a high floor, you can still see a stretch of ocean and the city skyline. The service is excellent, and it's great value for money. It's very close to the Rosewood Hotel, and there's a beautiful little garden downstairs.

Close to the beach, veeeeery beautiful view from balcony, nice and clean rooms /except restroom doorlock broken/. Close to restaurants and Atlantics but you needda take taxi /around 10-15yuans/. I will recomment to friends.

The surrounding area boasts excellent commercial amenities, with supermarkets, night markets, and food courts all within reach, perfect whether you want to try local specialties or experience the vibrant local culture. Even better, the apartment offers free shuttle services within the Haitang Bay area and organizes daily shared rides to attractions, so you don't have to worry about transportation at all. Whether it's a family trip, a romantic getaway, or a friends' vacation, this garden-view apartment exceeds all expectations, offering both the refined service of a hotel and the comfort of home, all at an incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Haitang Bay, and I've already recommended it to all my friends planning a trip to Sanya!

I was at a conference next door at the Fairmont Sanya Haitang Bay and noticed this building right beside it. It really stood out, 259 meters tall – is it the highest in Sanya?! The lower floors of this building house the Rosewood Hotel, while the upper floors are taken up by five or six hotel apartments. The place I stayed at was pretty good; they upgraded me to a two-bedroom, one-living room sea-view apartment for only 167 RMB a day, probably because it was off-season. It was a great experience. It had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a small kitchenette, and I could even see the sea from my bed. I felt really good about it, definitely a five-star rating!

The location is absolutely excellent, in Poly No. 1 Mansion, right above the Haiyun Hotel. You get the same prime location, the same beach, and the same complex, but at a tenth of the price! The surroundings are also super convenient; there's a Haichang Sleepless City right in front, and Haitang Plaza is downstairs. It's also just a few kilometers to Linwang Night Market and Longjiang Town, so getting around is very easy. The young ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly nice. On the first day, a young lady even came downstairs to meet me, introduced the room and how to use the facilities, and gave me tips on nearby attractions and supermarkets. She then sent a detailed guide via WeChat – truly excellent professionalism. Checking in here made our perfect vacation even more perfect. Thumbs up!

Our stay at the apartment was made so much easier thanks to the butler! As soon as we arrived, he immediately helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully informed us about nearby supermarkets and children's play areas, which was perfect for our family with kids. Midway through our stay, our child accidentally stained the bedsheets, and after we contacted him, the butler brought clean linen within 10 minutes with such a gentle demeanor. At check-out, he proactively reminded us to take all our belongings. He was attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!
