🚗 Transportation: You can walk to the beach, not far from a large supermarket, and a pedestrian street

五年前和她家結緣，每次來三亞，已經連着來好幾年了，一定住她家，不僅是因為她家離海邊步行 5 分鐘非常近，周邊有明珠商場和旺豪大超市，更是因為東北人開的，熱情，暖心，房間衞生乾淨，各種提示你不要踩坑，吃什麼，玩什麼都給你介紹的明明白白的，客棧樓下還有防曬帽子，游泳圈等都是免費提供的，屋裡這個穿衣鏡應該是女孩子的最愛吧，怕搭配的不好看，這個鏡子可是幫了大忙，一樓還有洗衣機，樓道里還可以晾衣服，因為是淡季，還特意給我升級的有窗房間，屋裡還有電蚊香，晾衣架，床邊還有一個特別貼心的換衣簾，真的很貼心，最重要的還有免費一次性馬桶墊，之前住別人家都要花錢的，她家真的細心。不踩坑，地方找對了，住的舒服了，人就開心，對了，周邊還有麥當勞，東北飯店，清補涼等，離億恆夜市和景區都很方便，輕軌就在門口，還沒有那麼大的噪音，真心住的得勁😍希望老闆生意越做越大，多開幾個店，我一定介紹朋友來玩，價位也真心能接受，才兩位數一夜，真心不心疼！希望我認真的評價能幫助到要出門遊玩的你們！

離海邊很近，酒店可以提供免費沙灘拖防曬帽，還可以租電動車哦，旁邊有個超市很方便，附近也有小吃啥的點外賣也方便哦，超級喜歡老闆養的狗狗呀，房間裝修風格很喜歡，住的單間除了沒窗户其他的都可以，對房型有要求的可以跟前台説換一個喜歡的房型哈，總體來説還是不錯的，下次去還可能會選這家哦！

它雖不是高大上酒店，但我和我的鄰居們前後腳都定在青 藝術雅居，是因為它有家的趕腳，實惠的房價，優質的服務，周邊各色小吃，五分鐘步行到海邊的優勢地理位置，關鍵是老闆張姐和她的家人們，像家人一樣真誠相待，還有大金毛和兩衹小咪咪，浪漫的鞦韆，滿滿的温馨。真的值得再次選擇。

2017年入住過一次，感覺還可以，裝修時間很久，所以以現在的標準看覺得各方面要差一點，但價格便宜也算可以接受，老闆是東北人，現在不可以用廚房做飯了，沒有以前方便。衞生情況一般，衞生間甚至沒有吊頂，但是離海邊和餐飲比較近。
