Nice place and more quiet, there are swimming pool open at 2:00PM to 6:00 PM , the room was so clean and beautiful, there ease a balcony new equipment like wash machine, refrigerator, electric cooker and water heater.there are public parking 🅿️ free near the house.

The room smells musty! ! ! ! ! I couldn't sleep all night because of the fumes. There was no ventilation even when I opened the window.
The sanitation is as bad as the picture shows. Parking is also outside the park. I don't recommend it in all aspects. There are many B&Bs in the same community. I originally found a high-rated one, but unfortunately I stepped on a thunderbolt.
I have been in Hainan for many months. In summary, I don't stay in any B&B in Evergrande's property
