Harman Hotel Sanya

This was a truly awful stay. We visited during the National Day holiday, October 1st-2nd. The day before check-in, the hotel called to ask for our estimated arrival time, and we said around 12 PM. However, the hotel never mentioned that we wouldn't be able to check in around 12 PM. What was the point of asking then if it leads to such easy misunderstanding? It would have been better not to ask at all or to add a simple clarification. Our previous resort clearly stated that we could have a late check-out. If only you had told us earlier, we wouldn't have left so soon! Then, while we were waiting in the lobby, the air conditioning was incredibly hot... We finally checked in after 2 PM. Once in the room, we found the bathtub was quite dirty... And the window sealing wasn't very good, as the room was directly above a shopping mall, and the large air conditioning fans were incredibly noisy. When I unplugged my charger in the morning, the entire outlet came out of the wall... That's a serious safety hazard! Plus, there were constant loud noises from the room upstairs at night... And this hotel wasn't even cheap... The only positives were that breakfast was served until 1 PM, and the hotel's location was convenient for shopping. But I definitely won't be coming back!

This is a pretty good hotel. After staying for one night, I decided to extend my stay and booked a group-buy package for a Harbour Family Room for two nights. It includes breakfast for three and two dinners. Normally, the buffet dinner for three alone would cost 600, but getting two nights' stay plus all this for just over 1,000 is truly amazing value for money. The seafood buffet dinner is very lavish and satisfying. For the other meal, I chose the revolving buffet BBQ, which was also great—the dishes were fresh, the restaurant environments were lovely, and the service was very prompt. The hotel's public facilities cater to all age groups: a brightly colored kids' club and a graffiti room; a fully equipped gym; a serene yoga room; a pleasant grassy lawn for strolls; and an infinity pool. The hotel also hosts different recreational activities daily, creating a strong holiday vibe. The room was also great. The Harbour Family Rooms are on high floors with fantastic views, and they easily accommodate three adults or a family with a child. The room was meticulously cleaned, the amenities were soft and comfortable, the mattress had just the right firmness, the AC was powerful yet completely silent, and the room was dry with no musty smell as some online reviews had mentioned. Plus, the hotel is located right in the city center, making it convenient to get around while still being close to the sea. All in all, great food, great entertainment, great accommodation, and reasonably priced—I couldn't be more satisfied!

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was drawn to the exquisite decor. The water features, sculptures, and festive decorations were very stylish, and the space was spacious and bright. Room and Facilities: The hardware facilities were complete, and the room was meticulously clean. Contrary to some online reviews, there was absolutely no musty smell, which was a pleasant surprise! The bedding was of high quality, and I had an excellent rest. I particularly want to commend the front desk service – it was attentive and considerate. When checking in, they proactively recommended a paid upgrade to a sea-view room, which was incredibly good value for money! The upgraded room offered a superb view; I could see the ocean from the balcony, and there was also a large bathtub, making for a truly vacation-like experience. 👨👩👧 Family-Friendly and Leisure: This hotel is incredibly family-friendly! There's a dedicated children's play area and a crafting zone, and my child didn't want to leave. The lazy sofas and parasols at the outdoor beach bar were very relaxing, and the lantern decorations on the lawn made for great photos. The gym equipment was also new, meeting my daily workout needs. In summary, with its attentive service, beautiful environment, and comprehensive facilities, this was a perfectly flawless stay. I highly recommend it to friends vacationing in Sanya, and I will definitely be back next time! 👍

Although the hotel has been open for 10 years, it is extremely well maintained. It's clear that the rooms have been renovated and they don't look dated at all. What surprised me most was the complete absence of any musty smell—the cleanliness was immaculate. The bedding is super comfortable with just the right firmness; it's no exaggeration to say I slept better here than at home! It's a total lifesaver for people who struggle to sleep in new places. 🏊♂️ Public Facilities (Top-tier for this price point) The public areas are dazzlingly well-equipped—you could easily spend a whole day here without ever stepping outside! Kids' facilities and activities: There is a huge indoor ocean ball pool and slide with vibrant colors, plus a lovely graffiti room. Kids will have so much time here that they won't want to leave. Gym and Yoga Room: The fitness equipment is very comprehensive, and the yoga room is fully stocked with mats, foam rollers, hula hoops, and other accessories. A true haven for fitness enthusiasts. The absolute highlight is the outdoor infinity pool facing the ocean with stunning views! Plus, there are professional lifeguards and safety facilities by the pool, giving great peace of mind while swimming. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants, with some dining option open continuously from 7 AM into the night, making it super convenient. Prices are reasonable, and dining at the hotel guarantees good ingredient quality, so there's no need to worry about food safety. A big shout-out to the service! From the moment we walked in, every staff member was warm and polite, greeting us with proactive smiles that made us feel right at home. All in all, given the environment, facilities, and service at this price point, it is absolute value for money! Highly recommended for families with kids and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely stay here again! 💯

We stayed here with both kids and elderly family members, and the front desk was fantastic—they upgraded our room for free. The rooms were very comfortable, and the little ones had an absolute blast at the kids' club and swimming pool. The breakfast was also great, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western options that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The location is exceptionally convenient, with a shopping mall right outside the door and direct access to the 'Pineapple' shopping center. Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, was extremely satisfied, and even the ones footing the bill felt it offered great value for money. Highly recommended!

The pool water is crystal clear, and the infinity design faces the ocean directly with unbeatable views. Swimming here is a pure delight. The room was spotlessly clean. I was worried about a moldy smell after reading some online reviews, but there was no such issue at all during our stay. The bedding is of great quality, ensuring a very sound sleep. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, arranging a suitable room according to our requests. We are very satisfied. 🍽️【Food & Dining】The hotel offers plenty of dining options with exceptionally lavish dishes, superb quality, and great value for money. The restaurants have distinct characters, including a revolving buffet BBQ serving top-quality freshly sliced meats and mint beef with fruit. The seafood buffet dinner offers incredible value, featuring a rich iced seafood station with very fresh prawns, squid, and shellfish, plus live-steamed oysters and piping-hot seafood congee. The biggest pleasant surprise was the hotel's Peking duck restaurant (reservation required in advance). The duck is sliced right at the table with a great sense of ceremony—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and absolutely divine! Overall, this stay was flawless across hardware, service, and dining. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, and I will definitely come back again next time!

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony. The view from the hotel is needless to say incredible—both the restaurant and the infinity pool overlook the ocean. There are quite a lot of Russian guests. The breakfast wasn't quite to our taste as it mostly consisted of Western-style food, but I would still recommend it to my friends!

The hotel is right next to a mall, which makes shopping very convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, and there are activities at the kids' play area, which my child enjoyed. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. I'm satisfied with the service from the butler, Jingrong.

The room is fantastic! This is definitely a hotel with great value for money, especially considering its location right by Dadonghai. The lobby is impressive, and the comprehensive facilities live up to expectations. On the fifth floor, they offer breakfast, BBQ, and a complimentary Peking duck set meal. On the sixth floor, there's a gym, a yoga studio, and an outdoor infinity pool with a stunning view. The infinity pool also looks great from my 11th-floor room.
