So nice we booked to come back again. I want to thank Chris at the beach bar for his excellent customer service and the other boys working there too. They were all magnificent. Lovely large hotel, brilliant beach access and a lovely environment all round. We tended to just sit by the pool/ beach all day and it was perfect for that.

Grand hotel with many amenities and in house sport & recreation activities as well as performances, but few areas are closed for upgrading. You can occupy yourself in the hotel for 1 day without going out to chill yourself. Our housekeeper, Moona Hu, is very polite and helpful. Providing hotel programs and checking our stay condition if there is ever help needed. Very good breakfast spread and all juices & fruits are freshly prepared at restaurant station. 5 minutes walk to Bailu Valley and beach just behind the hotel.
Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel with spacious, clean rooms, a varied breakfast, everything was delicious, and I was pleased with the cold coffee. I especially want to mention the hotel's service, which is impeccable! I made requests in wechat JoJo, and they responded quickly and kindly fulfilled my requests! They even helped me find a phone charger, ordering water, glasses, and transfer for airport. Thank you for your responsible work! We will definitely return!

We reserved two night expressly because of a concert, a disco party, a water slide… The concert and disco were excellent. However as the majority of the guests are Chinese, the audience doesn’t applaud and dance🤪. The reception service is weak. If you inquire something like “Could you please provide a vase for my flowers” they’ll process it very long😀, they’ll say first “We don’t have a vase.” And you’ll have to give them hints what to suggest to the guest as a replacement “may be you have an ice bucket?…”.

Absolutely Unforgettable Experience at MGM Sanya! Shoutout to Jelly from Guest Relations!
Location: The hotel boasts a prime spot in Sanya Bay, with a private stretch of soft, white-sand beach. Just cross the street, and you're at the ocean—the sunsets are breathtaking!
Facilities: Infinity pool + kids' water park + VR game zone—there's so much fun for both adults and children, you won't even want to step outside!
Ambiance: Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the resort vibe is totally on point. The live music at the lobby bar creates such a chill atmosphere, and every corner is Instagram-worthy!
Cleanliness: The room was spotless, complete with disinfection seals on the bathtub. Even the towels on the beach chairs were folded into swan shapes—attention to detail that truly delights!
Service: A special thanks to Jelly—she was incredibly responsive and made sure all our needs were met effortlessly.

I had a very satisfactory stay at MGM Grand Sanya with my friend. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. The resort also has plenty of activities to enjoy, and there’s even a bar nearby with great live singers that made the evenings more fun.
A special mention to Terry Xu, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable as foreigners. He was extremely helpful and even surprised us with complimentary coconut drinks, desserts, and a fruit platter. Such thoughtful service made us feel very welcomed and taken care of.
Overall, I loved the service and experience here. Would definitely recommend MGM Grand Sanya for a relaxing getaway!
