My three-day stay at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya was absolutely amazing! It deserves a perfect 100% rating 💯. The hotel's exclusive location overlooking Coral Bay is simply stunning. Every step in the public areas reveals a beautiful scene, and the Southeast Asian resort vibe is incredibly strong. There's no need to even leave the hotel, with activities like yoga, tennis, and swimming all available. Water sports like sailing, paddleboarding, and snorkeling are also super abundant, and you can even collect various coral pieces and small seashells. It's truly a blissful and relaxing getaway! Our ocean view room had an incredible vista; opening the window revealed a therapeutic sea view. Waking up to the ocean and enjoying the sunset in the evening filled us with so much joy. I especially want to praise my dedicated butler, Celia. From check-in to check-out, she was attentive and meticulous throughout our entire stay. All our itineraries and requests were handled perfectly. Any questions we had were answered instantly and resolved efficiently, making for a superb experience! She even thoughtfully gifted us a cute and cuddly Mandarin Oriental squirrel plushie, which was incredibly heartwarming. This little surprise was truly touching. Also, the lobster wontons at breakfast were delicious!! I had them for three consecutive days. Both the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. If you're looking for a high-end resort in Sanya, this place is definitely a safe bet. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This hotel is simply outstanding. From the infrastructure to the beach environment, everything is top-notch. First off, the rooms aren't old at all. I stayed in a garden view room, and there wasn't a hint of dampness or aging. As for those who call it 'hostel-style,' I can only say they don't appreciate minimalist solid wood aesthetics. Secondly, the golf cart service is very responsive; there absolutely is a butler service. Thirdly, the service is impeccable. They replenish water generously every day with good brands, and they're always ready to assist. Their snorkeling prices are fair. Many people compare Park Hyatt and Mandarin Oriental; I feel that if you're only choosing between these two, and money isn't an issue, you should definitely try both. The experiences are different. Mandarin Oriental offers true relaxation and a laid-back vibe, while Park Hyatt focuses on exquisite details. The restaurants are also excellent, and they even offer restaurant group deals with fair prices.

Our butler, Flora, provided exceptional service. She was always available and ensured a smooth check-in at 3 PM on the day of arrival, which was very efficient. The hotel's public areas offer breathtaking views, perfect for stunning photos. Both the breakfast and the Chinese restaurant served excellent food in a pleasant atmosphere. We were very satisfied with the taste and ambiance.

The room was decent, and the breakfast was good. The service was excellent, and the views were beautiful. It offered great value for money, though the room facilities were a bit old. The pick-up service was also fantastic, with a dedicated butler providing personalized, comprehensive service throughout our stay. It truly exceeded our expectations.

Our butler, Grace, was incredibly helpful. She promptly arranged a room change for us and was always quick to respond to any other requests we had. The hotel's public areas offer breathtaking views, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And the cold oats at breakfast were absolutely delicious!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! This is already my 5th time coming back! So happy ❤️ I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Rita. Her service was meticulous and thoughtful, and she even made sure everything was perfectly arranged while she was on vacation. She was always ready to help with any request! Having her there made us feel incredibly at ease 👍🏻 The kids had a fantastic time and we made even more beautiful memories! Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for Rita again. This is my second time at Mandarin Oriental Sanya, and I'm still enchanted by the stunning public areas. This time we opted for a family suite, which was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge, and there were two toilets. Being at the very end of the row, the room also offered excellent privacy. Upon check-in, we received complimentary wine, welcome fruits, and the minibar was well-stocked with drinks. A big thank you to our butler, Sariel, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. Mandarin Oriental will definitely be my top choice again on my next trip to Sanya!

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental was an unexpected delight, like stepping into a hidden paradise, a place where the summer overture never ends. The hotel's location is perfect for snorkeling; you can stroll to the beach just a few steps from your room, where coral and small fish are abundant everywhere. It truly is the most idyllic vacation spot. Saving the best for last, I'm incredibly grateful for Elena's help and care; it was the warmest part of this trip. The little gift she waited to give me until after 10 PM on New Year's Eve, her recommendation for the delicious Dolphin Japanese restaurant, and our engaging chats about interesting insights all made this trip feel incredibly worthwhile, as if I had journeyed through famous mountains and rivers. Even minor hiccups were promptly resolved by Elena. Thank you, Elena, you made me feel that, on this journey, imperfections themselves can be a form of perfection. Alcohol, music, exquisite food, the ocean, coral, fish, lush lawns, starlight, passion and beauty—a celebration dancing in the heart, wings of moonlight, and a galaxy of dreams, all born in this land of freedom.

The room was a bit old but very clean. It's time for a renovation! While pets are allowed, dogs aren't permitted in any of the restaurants. It was a hassle to take the shuttle back and forth with the dog every time. Alison was very responsible; she decorated our room for our honeymoon and even sent roses. The public areas are beautiful. Overall, it was pretty good.

The rooms aren't new, but they're incredibly clean. The service is prompt and attentive, which made us feel very well taken care of. The resort's landscaping is stunning, with a great sense of design, and the beach is decent. Breakfast was also good; the staff tries their best to accommodate guests' requests, but make sure to plan your timing, or you might end up waiting in line. Overall, you can see the hotel's dedication in every detail – it was a truly memorable trip.

I was a bit nervous checking in, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! The room facilities were excellent, and the bathroom was fantastic – very spacious, well-designed, and user-friendly, with both a shower and a bathtub. I even asked, and they confirmed the tap water is potable. The bed was super comfortable too. The best part is the view of the Nanshan Guanyin statue right from the window. It's such a convenient place to stay.

This trip was mainly for the kids' vacation, and overall, the stay was good. However, the hotel's facilities definitely need some improvement and upgrades.
