Upon arrival, Eva greeted us. As an InterContinental member, I received a room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise, especially during peak season. She thoughtfully informed us about the kids' activities and breakfast times. Honestly, she's been the best concierge we've encountered on this trip. The hotel isn't huge, but that means less walking, which is a plus. There are plenty of activities for kids, especially those under 8. The warm pool is also great for little ones. I didn't experience the airplane noise that some online reviews mentioned; in fact, the planes at Haitang Bay were much louder. I also found the beach outside the hotel to be perfectly fine – I've stayed at several bays, and the sand here is perfectly suitable for kids to play in around sunset. It's also close to the airport. Overall, it's a good option for a one or two-night stay if you're passing through. It would be even better if they added more facilities for older kids/adults.

A fulfilling Christmas! The Holiday Inn Resort we checked into today currently feels like the best hotel in Sanya Bay. There are tons of activities for kids, and they even had special events for Christmas. We participated in the crab-catching activity and successfully caught some! ◔.̮◔✧ It's quite rare to find so many entertainment facilities that are also free ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎. The public pool is beautiful. Our butler, Lily Yang, provided excellent and proactive service and suggestions, even better than the butler we had at the Marriott last year. We really felt the hotel's culture. My wife and kids both agreed that the Holiday Inn was the best out of the four hotels we stayed at in Sanya (one of them being Mandarin Oriental).

Perfect for families, especially if you're planning to just relax at the hotel. Plus, food delivery is convenient. This was my first time traveling solo with two kids, and the hotel butler was incredibly helpful. They waived the breakfast fee for my second child, granted a late checkout, and even arranged a ride to the airport. It saved me a lot of hassle! The hotel's roast duck set was delicious, and having the pool right downstairs and the beach across the street meant my younger child didn't even want to leave.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel's family-friendly facilities were clean and fun. The hotel garden and pool were perfect for photos. Right in front of the hotel, there was a beautiful beach. Our butler, Coco, even set up a tent in the room for the kids, which made them even happier.

This is a small yet exquisite hotel, perfect for families with young children, especially those under 9 – they'll absolutely love it! The indoor go-karting and kids' playground were a huge hit. While the hotel's grounds might not be as vast as those in Haitang Bay, its charm lies in its refined quality, making a stay with kids effortless. The service is truly attentive; any issues were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Our butler, Qian Duoduo, was incredibly detail-oriented! The breakfast spread was extensive, and the food was replenished quickly. All the staff, both male and female, were very friendly. The hotel's photography service was also very professional; I regret not having them take photos at the beach!

This hotel is designed as a family-friendly establishment, with a bright and fun atmosphere perfect for families with children. **Facilities:** Well-equipped with plenty of engaging activities that kids will love. **Environment:** Just across the road from the beach, making it super convenient for sandcastle building. It's also easy to order takeout and find places to eat nearby. A big shout-out to our butler, Lily, for her incredible attention to detail!
